The Lead Analyst Solution will inform, design, configure and test solutions to deliver capabilities to support global organizational goals.

Additionally, this role will serve as a subject matter expert and lead resource in designing, planning and executing the SAP S4 Fashion ERP implementation .

Design and maintain system functional configurations.

Partner with Development teams to design and implement end-to-end system integrations and process enhancements.

Lead SAP functional activities in projects and ensure timely delivery of committed tasks.

This role will collaborate with other key team members within the total value stream leveraging agile/SCRUM methodologies drive the delivery of continuous incremental value for the business.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4 PP Certified
• Strong knowledge of consumer packaged goods type of organization that performs vertical manufacturing.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP S4 Fashion functional modules with primary focus on Production Planning, Materials Management and Extended Warehouse Management with production integration capabilities. Working knowledge of other supply chain related modules, S/4 Production Planning Detail Scheduling is a plus.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for implementation and transformation projects.
• Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full life cycle SAP implementations and 2 full life cycle S/4 Implementation for discrete industries.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing and/or oversight of SAP AFS and/or S4 Fashion solutions with 7+ years of overall industry and/or consulting experience.
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Understanding of SAP functional area interdependencies (Supply Chain, Sales and distribution, Material Management, Production Planning, Warehouse, Master Data Management, Financials).
• Ability to define and manage the scope of tasks and execute projects on time and within budget, escalating exceptions in a timely manner.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

This individual will develop and configure SAP to meet business needs. They will identify and analyze business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for SAP modules and integrated applications, processes, and data. They will make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through SAP modules. Additionally, they will research business requirements, developing detailed specifications and validate SAP solutions with business stakeholders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Hands-on expertise in configuring SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Assets, Product Costing, Material Ledger, COPA and Credit Management, with detailed knowledge of SAP ABAP programs, function modules, SAP scripts, User Exits, ALE, and IDOCs.
Developing and implementing SAP configuration, best practices, processes, and standards and communicating those plans to Senior Management.
Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance and enhancement activities by correcting configuration and responding to scope changes and application enhancements.
Analyzing and troubleshooting complex and multi-dimensional problems with business end users and/or other IT professionals
Communicating business stakeholder needs to the SAP development team by interpreting the business requirements and translating them into SAP technical requirements
Researching business requirements, developing detailed functional specifications, and validating the SAP solutions with business stakeholders.
Identifying and analyzing business needs, facilitating workshops to conduct requirements gathering and defining scope and objectives with business stakeholders
Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through a SAP module and/or new technology or alternative use of existing technology and communicating those solutions to Senior Management/Executives
Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower level professionals
Leading business process integration and testing across SAP modules and external applications. Developing test scenarios, test scripts and performing end-to-end testing.

Specifications
Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of experience in supporting software development life cycle and methodologies for enterprise applications.
5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, distribution or logistics environment.
2+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases, programming and development.
SAP FICO Certification required
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Visio.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience leading medium size projects preferred.
Some travel required as dictated by business requirements (approximately 2+ weeks per year).

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an SAP Archiving Analyst for IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation. You will serve as the conduit between clients and technology. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills, to craft adaptable, comprehensive suites appropriate for each client.

In this role you will provides functional data management support to include the effective planning and execution of Data Archiving. This includes designing, recommending, and implementing data archiving and access control mechanisms and processes. In this position you will be expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP's SAP requirements and design for the Business Office.

Your primary responsibilities include:

* Provide archiving expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition in support of upgrade
* Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary.
* Lead design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements.
* Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
* Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions.
* Define user authorization requirements.
* Provide help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving defects ('break/fix'), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP archiving solution and system; and
* Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed.

If you are hired into a Colorado or Ithaca, NY work location, the compensation range for this position is between $107,000 and $165,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* Advanced SAP consulting experience specifically within SAP data management archiving.
* Ability to perform all activities around an SAP data archiving project including database analysis of sizes in production system, determining archiving / data growth prevention and deletion strategies, writing archiving functional and technical design documents, cutover / execution documents.
* Experience using SAP archiving tools to archive data to Open Text in multiple SAP modules.
* Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of data archiving for various SAP modules (in a Tier 3 environment).
* Experience providing support for production data cleanup efforts via archiving of unwanted data, and support and methodology for data removal aside from archiving.
* Experience with providing extensive documentation of testing methodologies and results.
* Experience with designing and implementing data archiving capabilities across multiple platforms.
* Ability to evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
* Knowledge of new emerging technologies such as SAP HANA or equivalent.
* Federal government project experience required
* Ability to earn a DoD Secret clearance.
* A bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of expertise. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
