Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive business and software transformations as Neogen begins a multiyear program that will see a new system landscape (SAP S4HANA and Salesforce) with rollouts across lines of business and global entities Lead complex, cross-business unit, cross-platform programs and projects critical to business success from start to finish including scoping, solutioning, deployment, testing, training, change management, communication, and measuring business value Become a functional expert on Neogen business processes and drive solutions to business problems through collaboration with analysts, architects, developers, and process and data experts from other process areas; bridge the gap between people, processes, and technology Participate in the full systems development lifecycles from requirements gathering through configuration with an architect, interaction with the development team, testing, training, deployment, and post launch support Gather and document system and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowing; create and maintain documentation and process maps on Order to Cash business processes and projects Develop a deep understanding of and help to shape Neogen's Order to Cash vision and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders and process owners; translate that vision into actionable technical requirements; and execute on those requirements to meet the goals of the business Use continuous improvement skills such as process mapping and value stream mapping to drive for incremental improvements in all processes Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, break high-level requirements into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs Advises on business requirements and solution options, bridging the gap between people, process, and technology Serve as the liaison between the internal and external customers and the technical teams Build strong relationships with business users and managers throughout the Order to Cash organization - sales, customer service, technical service, trade compliance, after-sales support, and other groups as necessary Ability and desire to develop capabilities in software system (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and their integrations; assist in the support and management of those systems as part of our overall solutions portfolio Collaborate with other functional architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency Manage incidents and enhancement requests and keep users up to date on status

Education and Experience
5+ years of related work experience including experience as a senior business analyst and/or project manager Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) Experience with Salesforce is preferred Capability to execute complex assignments and projects with minimal direction Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail Ability to articulate design concepts and solutions verbally and in written documentation Process mapping methodology

Your day in the life of SAP Business Analyst in ITT

In this role, you will focus on ensuring the MT1SAP system effectively, supporting business processes within the Purchasing and EDI Area.

Key responsibilities:

• User support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Standardization setting and implementation
• Development of new functionalities within the system (including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions that support specific client needs)
• Business process documentation
• Support in launching of the system in new locations
• Supporting world-wide IT projects and overall IT support to business needs

SAP Business Analyst
will be the regional subject matter expert for Plan to Make (PTM) processes within S4 HANA ERP system.
SAP Business Analyst
Responsibilities:

• Work to identify solutions and process improvements for PTM within the Americas region and be a visible and engaged asset to our PTM user community.
• Support various business lines to understand current processes, research solutions needed to address changing business needs, and ultimately design innovative solutions within SAP S4 HANA.
• Act as a key interface between our internal teams and our 3rd party IT provider for SAP services. Oversees Master Data Governance (MDG), supporting day to day material master data management and other related processes.

SAP Business Analyst
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on business or information technology (IT), is preferred; Associate degree, with a focus on IT, combined with 5+ years of work experience with performing business process analysis, data analysis, nancial reporting, database management and/or process improvement, can be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, Manufacturing, Master Data, or other business-related discipline 3+ years of SAP experience – PTM/PP, QM, etc., Master Data, MM, SD or related demonstrated collaboration with multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of data storage domains and data quality management processes.
• Ability to develop new procedures, strategies, and process improvements that will enhance business productivity and data quality.
• Direct experience in project activities of medium to large IT projects.
• Ability to inuence and negotiate cross functionally without direct authority.
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and to build strong team relationships.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral), presentation skills and team facilitation skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical requirements.
• Prociency with Microsoft (MS) Oce applications including MS Access.
