SAP S4 HANA with MDM

Shift timings: PST time zone

Duration: 12 months

Work location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid mode - 2 days in office)

Functional Design Specification, Build and testing for System migration (50%)

Participate in various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for client system conversion from Oracle EBS to SAP S4 HANA and associated software applications, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues.
Evaluate client's technology needs, develop customized applications, and draft technical and functional design documentation in various functional areas such as Supply Chain management, Product Lifecycle management, Engineering, Quality management and Production planning.
Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet the client's business needs.
Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation.
Develop dashboard wireframes and design requirements based on discussions with an understanding of technical and visual design considerations.
Create test cases and perform functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications.
Create technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code to be used for application development.

Designing and Developing: Master data management and design (40%)

Support Implementation and Development of Supply Network Strategy through Master Data management requests. Work with the architecture team in developing data governance structure, control mechanism and document with Client's SOP.
Develop an ongoing monitoring of supply plan standards to be aligned with the governance strategy for product supply planning and monthly MPS (Manufacturing Production systems). Build and develop reports and data visualization based on Global supply chain business requirement in SAP S4 HANA systems.
Build new metrics for all key master data elements to align with data governance (monthly reporting of key metrics) in alignment with client supply chain operations.
Creation, maintenance and troubleshooting of master data across the client SAP landscape and its associated systems. Manage master data objects such as bills of material, production versions, and recipes in source systems according to standards and policies.
Work across the multiple teams and business functions to ensure proper master data is collected and workflows for material creation are working and enhanced through assessments, as needed.
Analyzing Raw Data for Extraction from sources such as SAP ECC 6.0, SAP APO, Oracle EBS, Kinaxis, Point of Sales (POS) systems and other satellite systems in the client landscape.
Provide functional guidance in technical development of Data Extractors using SAP HANA 1.00.12 Smart Data Integration (SDI), SAP HANA 1.00.12 System Landscape Transfer (SLT), to extract and acquire raw data from several sources.
Provide functional guidance to technical teams in ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) operations with tools such as SAP BW 7.x and 3.x data flow, and SAP ABAP Routines and Transformation.

Providing support for Incident/Problem management (10%)

Research user reported issues with software applications, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams.
Track application defects using defect management tools, coordinate defect resolution efforts, and document resolution details.
Participate in Critical event calls and provide adequate support in resolving issues.
Coordinate with the client stakeholders for testing of incident/problem management tickets.
Ensuring Proper Documentation and Knowledge Transfers (KT) to support teams

As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
• Location for this requirement is Raleigh NC

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in SuccessFactors EC and other modules
• Hands-on design and configuration experience
• Knowledge to Setup Configuration within the SuccessFactors
• Integration knowledge of EC and other third party systems
• Integration knowledge of EC and ECP (CPI and Point To Point)
• Good understanding of the solution and data structure in SuccessFactors
• Understanding of various testing phases, approach, and associated execution
• Liaison between business and technical team to define requirements (onsite and offshore).
• Acts as the subject matter expert in the Success Factors and Integration with other systems.
• Ability to communicate with project team members, the client, and the clients' customers, both verbally and clearly, concisely, and confidently in writing
• Defines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit business requirements.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

**What You-ll Do**

- Design and optimize End to End SAP Order to Cash processes at the client.
- Conduct workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.
- Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core Order to Cash solution and ensure it works seamlessly.
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Accenture Order to Cash offerings powered by Hybris and SAP Digital Core.

- Pitch in on sales efforts when needed

**Minimum education qualification**

+ Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

+ 5+ years experience in the functional order management are of SAP S/4 HANA

+ Minimum 2 lifecycle implementation

+ Knowledge of SAP Master Data (business partners, price conditions, hierarchy, sales contracts)

+ Experience with ECC and S/4 data migration
