The Hybrid Consultant, Independent RIA for the WA, ID, MT, ND, SD, UT, WY and MO territory is responsible for developing and implementing a business plan to achieve sales goals by covering a defined geographic territory as the sole wholesaler in the Independent Registered Investment Advisor market. This position can work from the Jackson office located in Nashville, TN, can be located within the territory or can work fully remote if the location meets guidelines.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develops, implements and executes strategic business plan targeting a specific set of advisors within the territory in order to attain sales growth objectives.Cultivates new business relationships within the territory through consistent review of the territory execution plan to ensure targets are attained and adjustments made when necessary.Operates in a “hybrid” wholesaling capacity which entails spending up to 25% of time in the field, running “video” virtual meetings, and engaging with advisors through traditional avenues such as telephone, email, and virtual meetings.Utilizes a data-driven approach and tools to educate Financial Advisors on Jackson's products and services.Conducts product and sales training through individual and group training sessions, seminars, workshops, and branch meetings.Plans and manages the deployment of resources to maximize territorial sales while being responsible for budgeting and expenses.Maintains knowledge of new, existing and enhanced Jackson products and marketing campaigns.Utilizes CRM system and additional technology in order to accomplish a data driven territory business plan. Shares market feedback from advisors on advisory trends and product needs to assist in the business development and product development process.Attends regional and national industry trade shows and conferences, as needed.

Education and Experience
