Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and supporting sales/RFP efforts. Demonstrated experience leading or materially contributing to at least one of the following: Launch or scaling of a value-based contract or program. Population health or care management initiative with measurable outcomes. Provider engagement or performance improvement program tied to value-based incentives. Working knowledge of key healthcare regulatory and policy topics affecting value-based arrangements, with the ability to know when to bring in legal/compliance specialists. Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations. Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making. Strong communication skills, able to explain complex programs and analytics in simple, executive-ready language.
