Nigel is CEO of Publicis Sapient (SapientRazorfish, Sapient Consulting), he is also a member of the Publicis Groupe Executive Committee and leads Global Business Transformation for the Groupe. He is responsible for developing and executing business strategy and identifying market opportunities to drive the growth of the business. A driving force behind the company’s vision to partner with clients to help them realize a better future for their businesses and improve their customers’ lives, Nigel works closely with clients and teams to deliver transformative experiences and business models that make a significant impact on the success of leading global brands including Carrefour, Lloyds, Nationwide,McDonalds RBS/NatWest, Unilever, BNP Paribas and Fiat Chrysler. Nigel has held a variety of leadership positions with Sapient prior to its acquisition by Publicis Groupe, where he is now part of the Groupe Executive Committee Nigel drove the evolution of Sapient’s EMEA business, helping build Sapient Consulting into one of the premier digital consulting firms, and growing SapientNitro to be one of the largest agencies in the UK from a startup a decade ago. He led Sapient’s expansion beyond the UK to be a significant presence across Europe and in Asia. With roots in business strategy, Nigel has consistently helped clients to build businesses and create sustainable value propositions for their brands by operating at the intersection of strategic thinking, creativity and technology. Prior to Sapient, he was a successful entrepreneur – co-founding a public company with interests in consulting and connectivity solutions. Nigel is an inductee of BIMA’s Digital Hall of Fame (British Interactive Marketing Association), was named Individual of the Year at the DADIs, is a Fellow of The Marketing Society and is President Elect of the IPA, and provides mentoring to startups through the Publicis90 program.

Kameshwari Rao is a Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Sapient and is based in Bengaluru Area, India. She has worked as Recruitment Lead at Corporate Headhunters. Kameshwari attended Fatima High School, Mumbai, India and K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR) between 1984 and 1986.

As Chief Financial Officer of PH, Nathalie Le Bos oversees all financial functions and ensures the network continues its strong growth pattern. With more than 20 years of experience, Nathalie brings an impressive background in operations and financial management for the world’s most renowned advertising agencies. A seven-year veteran of Publicis Groupe, Nathalie recently served as Chief Financial Officer, Europe for PH. She also served as Operations Control Director for Publicis Worldwide, where she was instrumental in strengthening European operations and worked with large clients Renault, Nestlé, Sanofi. Prior to her tenure at Publicis, she worked for TEQUILA (an Omnicom Group company) as Chief Financial Officer. She also worked with Havas Group for 13 years in several roles in finance.

Teresa Barreira is a Chief Marketing Officer at Publicis Sapient and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked as Head of Marketing at Accenture, Marketing Executive at INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP, and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer / Managing Director at Deloitte. Teresa studied at D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and University of Massachusetts - Amherst - UMASS.

Amy Murphy Dowd is a CFO, Global Financial Operations at Publicis Sapient and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked as Senior Financial Analyst at Partners Healthcare, Financial Analyst at Care2, and Chief Financial Officer at Digitas. Amy studied at Saint Michael's College between 1988 and 1992, Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 1998 and 2002, and Mount Mercy Academy between 1984 and 1988.

Ariel Marciano serves as Chief Financial Officer of Razorfish Global, bringing with him extensive experience leading digital agency operations for numerous Publicis Groupe agencies. Ariel’s career has included Chief Financial Officer roles for Rosetta, ZenithOptimedia France, Starcom France, Vivaki France, Razorfish France, Digitas France and as Head of Group Consolidation for Publicis Groupe. Before joining Rosetta, Ariel oversaw all financial operations for ZenithOptimedia France, Starcom France and Vivaki France, including team organization, improvement of agency profitability and cash generation, review of regional and global client contracts and delivering cost synergies between media entities in France. Ariel also played a key role in the integration of both Digitas France and Razorfish France into Publicis Groupe after each was acquired. Ariel’s proven record of leading financial and operational teams at global agencies, combined with his deep knowledge of the Publicis Groupe network, make him uniquely qualified to help lead the Razorfish Global network in an aggressive global expansion strategy.
