Overview
The Document Control Manager (DCM) will have responsibility for leading, developing and training document controls specialists in maintaining project documentation, transmittals, submittals, and communications in the Integrated Field Services and associated Power Sectors. Responsibilities
* Support development of Document Controls procedures, training of other document controls specialist team members.
* Assist in the processing and requesting of engineering & construction project documentation and drawings using ProjectWise and other company systems.
* Assure credibility of the information contained in the submittal packages, updated document attributes and verify submittal package integrity and evaluate logic and float paths
* Ability to manage team members in accomplishing the required work for document controls.
* Manage and receive large folders and number of files, organize the documents, review, and process per company standards.

* Work with the client's document management team members in tracking requested and available drawings.

Responsibilities
Maintain dealer inventory: Effectively and efficiently maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance
Clean vehicles for customer delivery
Move vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and lots, or as directed by management
Prep vehicles for Detail Technicians
Ensure all vehicles on the lot are locked, with the windows rolled up, and keys securely stored.
Make sure the shop is kept clean
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

Medical Scribe Job Description
* Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting the provider assessment and exam
* Gain substantial knowledge in how to appropriately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions of consultants, diagnoses, medication/prescription information, and follow-up instructions
* Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical record
* Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
* Review past history and test results on patients which are critical in driving medical decisions by your provider
