What you will do
Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Life Safety Service Representative, Electronic to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role the responsibilities will include professionally representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of Electronic Fire Service offerings to various customers and end users within assigned territory and accounts. This is a Field Sales Representative position responsible for selling Electronic Services (Moves, Adds and changes) to assigned customer base (geography or account).
How you will do it
As a Sales Representative you will manage the entire sales process, from uncovering opportunity, developing solution/value proposition, preparing design, creating contract, negotiating terms, closing opportunities, and providing on-going customer service through service delivery.

Close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives.
Investigate and resolve customer problems regarding delivery dates, billings, financing and other related matters.
Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of additional sales.
Perform periodic market investigations within as assigned territory to develop new applications; provide sales forecasting for assigned territory.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General and Staff Related:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical assignments include:

· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

As the Drywall Foreman, you will plan and supervise the scope of work to completion. Consult with clients in a professional manner, assign tasks, ensure tasks are completed on time, and work is performed according to contract documents. Discipline, mentor, and monitor productivity of employees.
Responsibilities:
As the Drywall Foreman you will oversee the installation of insulation, framing, drywall, drywall trim, and acoustical ceilings
You will be responsible for managing and mentoring craft workers.
Maintain relationships with other trades and main project team.
Document and track all expenses of material being used and the time it is completed in.
Schedule all workforce and order all materials and equipment necessary to complete the job.
You will oversee multiple projects at a time.
You must be able to effectively and clearly communicate both written and verbally.
You will also be expected to uphold the Safety regulations we have and make sure everyone you oversee is also upholding those regulations.
You will need to have a high standard of excellence for yourself and others.

Working Conditions:
Normal on-site construction field work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
Typical Physical Needs:
Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping and stretching. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight. May need to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolding and lift up to 70 lbs.
