Monitor compliance with regulations for orthotics and prosthetics ordering and payment. Make appropriate/timely referrals, including documentation to post discharge providers/physicians. Ensure accuracy of discharge and payor-related information in the patient record. Participate in utilization review process: data collection, trend review, and resolution actions. Participate in case management on-call schedule as needed. Qualifications - License or Certification: Must be qualified to independently complete an assessment within the scope of practice of his/her discipline (for example, RN, SW, OT, PT, ST, and Rehabilitation Counseling). If licensure is required for one's discipline within the state, individual must hold an active license. Must meet eligibility requirements for CCM or ACM™ certification upon entry into this position OR within two years of entry into the position. Operations: Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner Assist the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks. Assists the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals. Reports directly to the Store Manager Training: Assist in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes which includes but is not limited to products and services Assists the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook. Assists the Manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being upheld Confident in having coaching conversations with team members May conduct product, retail and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians. Marketing: Assist in Marketing initiatives which may include but are not limited to events, pop-ups, social media content Position Requirements 1-2 years of prior leadership experience 2-3 years of Esthetician experience Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends) Preferred Requirements 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry Job type: Full time
