Parking garage, food trucks once in a blue moon.
Heavy workload, low annual merit raises, non-caring attitudes of management towards employees, no social interaction at work, no windows in my workplace, micromanaging supervisors, not retiring soon enough.
It's a job.
Pay higher hourly wages for current employees and to attract more new employees. Experience workers are all working out there and they don't come running to apply for the vacancies here for nothing. We have vacancies for months and months with only inexperienced applicants coming through. Low pay, high workload volume, strict tardy/clock system, pitiful perks and break facilities. What is there to not improve on?
Less than the average in these times.
It's ok. Phlebotomy is all mostly hispanics from other countries in North and South America. You can guess if they are illegal or not.
