ABOUT THE ROLE: Camper Experience: Stay awake and remain alert for the entire night shift and assist counselors with getting participants in bed/ ready for the day Participation: Responsible for the personal care of campers. Teamwork: Fill out night log paperwork for every night and monitor campers for health concerns and alert nursing staff as necessary. De-escalate participant behaviors and ensure that no participants leave the lodge throughout the night.
