Job Description The Adult Care Coordinator conducts and schedules assessments, referrals, advocacy and supports, counseling, education of patients and enrollees and care team members assuring the patient receives quality services to maintain optimum healthcare needs without barriers. The Coordinator adheres to and promotes the philosophy and missions of the company by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for outreach and engagement to formally enroll referred adults into the care management program. This facility is dedicated to recovering and rehabilitating dogs and cats who have suffered physical and emotional trauma and delivers medical and behavioral interventions to prepare them for adoption or return to the owner when appropriate. AICAs support the behavioral and medical recovery and rehabilitation of animals in the ARC by providing medical treatments and behavioral enrichment and interventions, including during all animal care activities. AICAs interact with animals during their recovery to detect potential problems or changes in their medical or behavioral progress and communicate those effectively to clinical professionals, administer medications, provide daily care, engage in behavioral enrichment activities, and document/maintain records of all activities. One of the most critical functions of this role is serving as a member of a team of medical, behavior and sheltering personnel, all dedicated to working together to provide holistic care for all our animals. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Behavior 40%: Engage in behavioral and enrichment activities, following enrichment program protocols. For those with a bachelor's degree in a human services field, the starting payrate is $24.00 an hour. You need 1 year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability. The Maintenance Worker - Janitorial is responsible for upholding the safety and appearance of the physical location of a QSAC facility. This is a Full Time (FT) Maintenance Worker - Janitorial opportunity. The salary range for this position is $16.50-$20.00 an hour. Driver license highly preferred. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building Maintenance Responsibilities include, but limited to, cleaning bathrooms/kitchen, mopping, sweeping, and/or vacuuming floors, Hygienic cleaning, and garbage collection and removal. Maintain cleanliness throughout facilities, completing assigned checklists that include daily, weekly, and monthly detail Adhere to building/maintenance/codes to ensure health, safety & welfare of facilities, individual and employees Prioritize work to complete time sensitive issues first. Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and use responsibly. Demonstrate safety and care of equipment and supplies to protect from damage and theft. Complete projects including moving furniture, deliveries, painting, plastering, etc. in an efficient and timely manner. Work independently in the building, staying focused on assigned tasks and priorities. Report for QSAC events for preparation & breakdown as needed. May include weekend & evenings Commitment to company values, adherence to policies, and maintain individual/family confidentiality Attendance and punctuality is essential. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management. Policies & Communication Utilize troubleshooting skills to determine best way to fix problems and communicate delays or emergency reassignments to supervisor Respond promptly to program needs throughout facility Identify problems in the facility and inform supervisor as soon as they are discovered Work independently in the building, staying focused on assigned tasks and priorities Report to work for snow removal as needed Maintain family and individual confidentiality Qualifications & Work Experience High school diploma/GED, required References required Must have 1-2 years' general maintenance and facility cleaning skills Drivers license highly preferred Requires the ability to read, write and communicate effectively with others Attendance and punctuality is essential Collaboration and flexibility is expected Commitment to company values and adherence to policies This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis.
