Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft.
Reference the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, the Illustrated Parts Catalog, the Structural Repair Manual, the Component Maintenance Manuals, and the wiring diagrams to perform work on aircraft.
Complete required paperwork accurately using procedures set forth in the General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
Use only approved and certified hardware, parts, and equipment to be installed or used on aircraft.
Promote teamwork amongst maintenance personnel and flight crews.
Maintain workspaces, materials, and tooling IAW company policies and procedures, industry best practices, and appropriate housekeeping.
Adhere to safety and security protocols, maintaining awareness at all times.

Qualification Requirements
High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) Diploma, or higher.
A valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.

Ability to pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the completion of patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other essential documentation in accordance with applicable federal and state standards and agency policies and procedures.
Provide patients with orientation regarding objectives of the program, phase system requirements, rules and regulations, sanctions, hours of services, patient rights, and additional information to help patients adjust to the program.
Assure each patient is assessed and placed according to the treatment phases in accordance with Federal and State standards and agency policies.
Assure all clinical documentation and patient charts updated in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Counsel patients in crisis situations by identifying patient resources and coping abilities to help patients cope with and resolve crisis.

Perform treatment plan reviews

Submit all internal and external correspondence to supervisor for review and approval.
Complete intakes, facilitate group counseling sessions.
Collection and testing of urine/swab drug screening following proper chain of custody.
Secure necessary documentation from patients, when appropriate, to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Submit monthly and quarterly statistical reports to supervisor.
Attend supervisions as scheduled
Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.

Counselors with less than one year of full-time equivalent experience in the field of addiction treatment shall develop with their supervisor a plan to achieve competency prior to providing counseling services without their supervisor present during or constantly observing counseling sessions. The plan must specify the frequency of face-to-face clinical supervision meetings between the counselor and supervisor, and the timeframe for achieving competency which shall be no more than one year.

What You Bring
Experience: 4-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a public library setting including 1-2 years' experience providing direct supervision, building community engagement, and developing and conducting programs.
Education: Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; MLS or MLIS from an ALA-accredited program preferred.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of staff development and team building.
Administrative Skills: Proven ability to manage complex workflows, schedules, payroll processes, and statistical reporting with accuracy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with a variety of technologies, including library management systems, office software, electronic resources, digital devices, and willingness to adopt new technologies.
