🧩 What You'll Own
As our Maintenance Manager, you'll be the backbone of plant reliability, directly managing a team of 10 technicians, 1 Maintenance Supervisor as well as 2 other employees in the Supply Room. You'll be responsible for:
Keeping Production Running: Prioritize and schedule maintenance, repairs, and installations to eliminate downtime and keep operations smooth.
Leading the Team: Mentor, train, and inspire your maintenance crew. Your leadership sets the tone for safety, accountability, and results.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop and implement a data-driven PM program to stay ahead of breakdowns and maximize equipment life.
Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to troubleshoot equipment issues and support new product launches or process improvements.
Driving Efficiency: Identify and implement solutions that reduce costs, boost equipment reliability, and increase uptime.
Facilities & Utilities Oversight: Ensure utility systems (steam, power, gas, compressed air, etc.) are running efficiently and safely.
Budgeting & Resource Management: Monitor spending, track KPIs, and ensure your team has the right tools, equipment, and training to succeed.

Experience: 6+ years in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Education: Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology-or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; preventive maintenance systems; machine diagnostics; and equipment installation.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

In this role you will be responsible for the preparation of the required study documents, including time plans and study agreements. We will expect you to plan and execute all phases of clinical studies as well as studies needed to develop AI-enabled dental software. You will be the go-to person to provide clinical guidance on product design, claims and validation, including study design for reader and standalone studies for AI models. You will work in close collaboration with other departments within Dentsply Sirona, as well as with dental clinics and universities worldwide. This role will offer you great insight to clinical studies in a global context and you will be part of many interesting projects along the way.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the design and execution of clinical studies required for medical devices that are sufficient for ISO 14155, EU MDR and FDA.
+ Preparation and submission of clinical study documentation to Independent Ethics Committees/Review Boards and Regulatory Authorities.
+ Registration of clinical studies in applicable databases.
+ Monitoring of site, data management and follow up on time plan and budget.
+ Study data analysis, preparation of clinical study reports and presentation of study data to internal and external parties
+ Serve as the primary dental subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams developing AI-enabled dental software (e.g. CADe/CADx, AI visualization).
+ Provide clinical guidance on product design and validation, including study design for reader and standalone studies for AI models.
+ Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and product marketing teams to ensure clinical relevance and safety of AI models and assist in methods to use AI internally for workflow efficiency.
+ Stay up to date on AI regulations and AI in dentistry.
+ Draft and review key sections of regulatory submissions and technical files such as CERs and study protocols (e.g. multi-reader multi case studies) for AI enabled medical device software.
**Qualifications / Background:**
+ Higher education in natural science.
+ Background in dentistry, research and/or clinical studies.
+ 3+ years prior experience in clinical affairs, regulatory affairs, and/or clinical research for AI/ML enabled medical device software. (SaMD/SiMD)
+ Knowledge of Medical Device regulations related to conduct of human clinical studies (e.g. ISO 14155, EU MDR, FDA, GDPR, Declaration of Helsinki, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and EU AI Act).
+ Experience working with Medical devices is preferable.
+ Doctor of Dental Surgery DSD/Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) is a merit.
+ Excellent project management and communication skills.
+ Fluent English in writing and speaking.
+ The ability to travel internationally up to 20 days yearly.

Job Description Summary:
The Production Lead has responsibility for delivering products, and small orders on schedule. Scope
Responsible to support multiple Indirect categories/projects for specific Sites in a Region cross functionally and collaborating with different functions like Marketing & Events, Professional Business Services, & Real Estate etc. Partners with regional and global category management to ensure a successful implementation of global or regional led strategies and drive compliance to preferred supply base and purchasing channels. The role is responsible to ensure and continuously improve costs, quality and service level / delivery for all local deliverables in multiple categories.
Key Responsibilities
• Supports in implementing global and regional category strategies, projects, objectives, processes, methods and policies across the Sites
• Manage local (site specific), day-to-day spend as it comes to requests up to $250k (one-time or annually). Above $250k Strategic Buyer will reach out to Regional Sourcing Leader for guidance.
• Work with operational buyers to drive compliance to preferred supply base (in line with global or regional strategies) and purchasing channels to realize savings targets within the Sites/Region.
• Identify savings potentials not only but especially for site specific requirements; run Procurement initiatives for those potentials and support the forecasting and savings reporting.
• Responsible for supplier relationships at the local level in cooperation with the regional procurement teams.
• Manage escalations from internal stakeholders.
Accountabilities
• First point of contact for internal stakeholders on-site
• Support the implementation of global and regional procurement initiatives/strategies
• Support regional RFPs.
• Guides/supports the tactical buying for Indirect Materials & Services
• Ensures Indirect materials and services are delivered in-time (based on the defined/agreed costs and quality)
• Collaborates with COE team to implement the Procurement processes & compliance requirements across the Sites.
• Cooperation and support of internal stakeholders at projects, request proposals and analyze offers
• Supplier selection partnering with relevant stakeholders, meeting the functional requirements.
• Supplier Relationship Management (locally)
• Integrate & harmonize agreed procurement strategies & methods across the sites and educate stakeholders on these.
• Annual procurement targets for the site in alignment with global/regional targets (cost & savings, supplier quality, etc.)
• Support Regional Sourcing Leaders & GCMs with regular updates to ensure effective communication of cost saving activities (Actual v's target)
• Negotiate and create contracts/SOWs for local/site-specific requirements
• Supports local SOX and other auditing test preparations. Ensures local data protection requirements are fulfilled.
Typical Background
Education / Certifications /Licensing: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
Experience: 3-5 years professional experience in purchasing (desired)
