JOB SUMMARY: The House Person's primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of the property's public spaces. The House Person is also responsible for assisting housekeepers and guests as needed and providing friendly, courteous and professional guest service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists all guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Performs job duties and responsibilities in a cost-effective manner and within budgetary guidelines.
Thoroughly and correctly cleans the property's public spaces in accordance with brand operational policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Public spaces can include, but are not limited to bathrooms, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, entry ways, parking lots and pool areas.
May be required to clean or set up meeting/banquet space.
May be required to assist the housekeeping staff in ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms.
Removes snow from hotel main entrance and sidewalks as needed.
Maintains a clean and orderly cart and vacuum cleaner to maximize job efficiency.
