What you will accomplish together with us:
Support the Sales organization with customer discussions on existing products through product presentations, demonstrations, trials, application studies/demos as well as troubleshooting and cGMP manufacturing support for the Bioreactor Technologies portfolio which consists mainly of the Ambr line, rocking motion bioreactors, and STR bioreactors at all scales.
Provide technical qualification of sales opportunities to ensure appropriate positioning of technology within the customer application.
Support Sales in the customer process, URS analysis & technical response, and lead customer evaluations to help position products in line with the application requirements.
Strategize with assigned Account Managers to generate value-adding activities according to customer and business need.
Support the development of strong relationships with accounts within the assigned sales territory
Support new products through close collaboration with beta site testing, product demonstrations/discussions and information gathering.
Assist the company by occasionally supporting the training of other Field Application Specialists and the Sales organization on assigned technologies and/or processes.
Ensure training of customers on new technologies and support initial start-up operations as well as ensure/assist in internal training opportunities for self and colleagues
Report on competitor product implementation & presence within the territory by feedback to the Application Services and Product Management Team
Monthly report on territory activity for management
Occasional overnight travel will be required to support customers / sales, to attend organizational meetings and trainings will be required (~40%). This travel requirement is subject to change based on customer and internal business need such as customer support and internal meetings and trainings.
What will convince us:
BSc or MSc Degree, Graduate in chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
3+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience within upstream cell culture development or process development; MSAT, cGMP Manufacturing and/or Tech Transfer experience a plus.

Job Scope
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, new account acquisition, and adoption of Diasorin's non-acute Point-of-Care (POC) portfolio across a defined territory. The role operates in a hybrid sales model, selling through distribution partners while directly engaging and influencing clinical end-users in physician office labs (POLs), urgent care, retail health, and pharmacy settings. About the role
The Collection Specialist is responsible for the collection of accounts payable from a portfolio of Domestic and International accounts/ customers.

What you'll do
Collection of a portfolio of Domestic and International accounts via telephone and written communication - main responsibility daily
Establishes payment plans for customers
Utilize Dun & Bradstreet Credit Reports, Trade References and Financial Statements to evaluate credit worthiness of potential customers and approve credit
Interact with external customers both via phone and in writing as well as Nova's Order Services and Technical Service Departments

What we are looking for in you
SAP experience preferred
Epicor experience preferred
Intermediate Computer skills (Excel & Word)
Epicor experience also preferred
Credit & Collection experience
Customer Service skills
Problem solving skills
High School Diploma, some college preferred
3-5-year collection experience
Physical Requirements for this role include:
Typical office environment.
Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
Alternating between standing.
May require occasional lifting/carrying up to 20 pounds.
Keyboarding and other repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Near visual acuity to work on a computer monitor for extended periods.

Targeted Salary Range: $72,500
