The Opportunity
We are seeking results driven Account Executive for our Carolinas territory to own a defined geographic territory and deliver year-over-year growth. In this role, you will balance new logo acquisition with expansion of existing accounts, positioning JMP as the platform of choice for enterprise innovation. You will partner with a Systems Engineer to craft solutions that solve critical business challenges, expand adoption across functions and sites and deliver measurable business impact.

* Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of geographically based accounts, spanning Large Cap, Mid Cap and Small Cap organizations with a stronger emphasis on in person meetings, frequent travel.
* New Customer Acquisition: Identify, qualify and close new opportunities that expand JMP's customer base.
* Expand Existing Accounts: Grow contracted customers through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account planning.
* Build a Winning Territory Plan: Target high-growth accounts with clear business objectives to drive both initial entry and sustained expansion.
* Account Plan: In depth Account Planning on top 5 accounts
* Engage at Every Level: Lead executive meetings and workshops to advance opportunities and strengthen relationships.
* Win top down and bottom up: Secure executive sponsorship while scaling adoption across divisions, functions and sites
* Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Marketing, User Enablement, Product Marketing, Business Operations) to accelerate success.
* Operate with Discipline: Maintain Salesforce accuracy, compliance with pricing, policy and approval matrix and provide clear monthly commitment with risk assessments.

What You Bring
* A proven record of acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
* Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior decision makers.
* Experience managing geographically defined territory and diverse account sizes.
* Mastery of account planning and qualification methodologies (MEDDICC or similar).
* Strong commercial acumen in pricing, deal structure, approvals and principled negotiations with a JMP First mindset.

The Ansible engineering team is looking for a Software Requirements Engineer who thrives on clarity, organization, and collaboration to join our Platform Services team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between product vision and engineering execution, ensuring our development team has well-defined, actionable work to build against.
This is not a traditional coding role. While you'll have an engineering title and work embedded with our development team, your primary focus will be on requirements analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration rather than writing production code.
What you will do:

* Work with product management and various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable tickets

What you will bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 2+ years in a software development environment (engineering, business analysis, technical writing, or similar)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills-you can explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira

Role Summary
The Server Test Engineering Manager leads a team of test engineers and technicians responsible for validating server hardware platforms across manufacturing and development stages. This role ensures test coverage, process efficiency, and quality assurance for server products, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in test methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of server test engineers and technicians.

* Strong understanding of server architecture, BIOS, BMC, and firmware validation.
* Experience with ERP systems and data analytics for test optimization.
* Prior experience in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments.
