About the job
As a Senior ProductManager for Data Acceleration, in collaboration with the wider product strategy team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy across the SAS platform in the areas of high-performance data processing and model execution. In this high-impact role, you will define and evolve the product direction for a portfolio of technologies that accelerate data access, transformation, and analytics execution across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
This includes ownership of SAS SpeedyStore and SAS In-Database Technologies, which enable high-speed model scoring, code acceleration, SAS Visual Analytics (VA) acceleration, and model training. You will also lead the strategy for integrating with open file formats such as Parquet and Iceberg, and enabling remote access to cloud storage platforms like AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Google Cloud Storage.
You will work closely with software engineering teams to develop a platform product vision for this domain and craft detailed requirements to support the development of a robust and scalable product roadmap.
As a Senior ProductManager, you will:

In this role, you will identify, build and nurture positive relationships with industry analysts, understand their perceptions and be a champion for SSG across research firms. We are looking for an analyst relations manager who is a strategic thinker and a strong collaborator to join our team of seasoned, diverse global communications professionals. Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing colleagues in preparing content tailored to analyst audiences for communications that are impactful, including briefings, inquiries and vendor evaluation submissions ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
* Help to define and implement a strategic, measurable roadmap for analyst engagement that drives both valuable inbound industry analyst insight as well as outbound awareness of Lenovo's SSG business.

Main Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree and a minimum 8+ years of analyst or analyst relations experience in the technology industry.
* Strong network of technology and business analyst contacts.

* Experience in being articulate, confident and tactful in interacting with senior leadership - from presenting strategy plans to facilitating executive briefings.

What you will bring
