The Global Engineering organization is seeking a Vice President, ProductManagement to lead and shape the company's product portfolios. This executive role is pivotal in establishing vision and strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that productmanagement excellence is embedded throughout the organization. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by championing innovation, operational rigor, and customer-centricity at a global scale.
As a Vice President, ProductManagement, you will:
* Oversee the development and management of global product portfolios, shaping and continuously refining their vision and strategy.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in productmanagement, with at least 7 years in executive or global leadership roles overseeing large, complex product portfolios.

About the Position
We are in need of a SeniorProductManager to support the end-to-end delivery of an AI-native Enterprise Knowledge Platform that learns, connects, and acts- enabling employee digital twins and embedded enterprise agents that deliver auditable answers and take compliant actions within core business applications. The Integrated Portfolio Manager will serve as the primary focal point for the Product Portfolio Integration team, driving strategic planning and optimization for the PC portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring data-driven decisions, ROI management, and alignment with global business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights and influence stakeholders across worldwide teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio Analysis & Optimization
* Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate PC portfolio performance across consumer, commercial, SMB, and Chrome segments.
* Develop and present ROI-based optimization proposals using productivity KPIs and complexity metrics.
* Leverage historical performance data and industry forecasts to guide investment decisions.
* Gate Process & Portfolio Planning
* Own and manage the Gate process (A/B/C) for portfolio planning, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
* Support long-term planning (3-year roadmap) and resource allocation for future product generations.
* Collaborate with segment portfolio teams to integrate plans into a unified PC portfolio strategy.
* Market & Industry Research

We are looking for a talented industry analyst relations manager to join our Solutions and Services Group (SSG) Communications team with a broad understanding of the tech industry, from hardware to software, services and solutions.
In this role, you will identify, build and nurture positive relationships with industry analysts, understand their perceptions and be a champion for SSG across research firms. We are looking for an analyst relations manager who is a strategic thinker and a strong collaborator to join our team of seasoned, diverse global communications professionals. The location is flexible and can be based in-person in Lenovo's Morrisville (Raleigh-Durham) headquarters or remotely, where the industry analyst relations manager will collaborate with teams across North America, Asia, Europe and Latin America.
Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain positive, trusted relationships with key tech industry analysts to increase Lenovo and SSG's visibility and influence among the IT industry-analyst community.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing colleagues in preparing content tailored to analyst audiences for communications that are impactful, including briefings, inquiries and vendor evaluation submissions ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
* Help to define and implement a strategic, measurable roadmap for analyst engagement that drives both valuable inbound industry analyst insight as well as outbound awareness of Lenovo's SSG business.
* Compile, synthesize and report on key industry analyst insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence business strategy and decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consensus and implementation of plans.

Main Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree and a minimum 8+ years of analyst or analyst relations experience in the technology industry.
