Sasaki is seeking an innovative, self-driven, and creative entry level planner to work across markets and on a variety of project types This includes but not limited to college and university campuses, urban/mixed use districts, corporate employment campuses, resilience planning, and community plans. What you will bring:
Familiarity with a broad range of basic planning concepts from land use to transportation.
A demonstrated ability to research and synthesize complex planning concepts and new concepts from related disciplines
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for working across a variety of client and project types. At present, the new team member is anticipated to spend at least half the time on campus planning.
Clear graphic communication and storytelling abilities
Knowledge of and comfort with Adobe Suite workflow (INDD, AI) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What you will do:
Work across markets and on a variety of project types for both the private and public sectors. This includes but is not limited to college and university campuses, urban/mixed use districts, corporate employment campuses, resilience planning, and community plans.
Deliver informational graphics production; layouts for presentations, reports, and engagement materials along with mapping and 2D diagrams
Planning reports, memoranda and increase growth in day-to-day communications

Sasaki is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic 12-person marketing team! As a marketing coordinator at Sasaki, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of high-quality marketing materials for different work streams including but not limited to proposals, qualifications documents, interview materials, and other marketing collateral. You will also support the firm's business development activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
This is not a SEO, SEM, social media, digital marketing, or product marketing role.
This role will be based in our Boston studio with a flexible hybrid work schedule. In 2022, Sasaki relocated its headquarters to downtown Boston's historic 110 Chauncy building. Recently awarded with a 2024 IIDA New England Design Award for Workspace, Sasaki designed its new office as a creative incubator with the flexibility to support hybrid work. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading the pursuit process: holding a kickoff meeting with the team, developing the proposal (including writing/proofreading, layout, and graphic design), and coordinating with the external consultant team
Maintaining a library of marketing materials, including team resumes and project profiles
Assisting the Marketing Manager with preparation for pursuit interviews
Managing project and client data in our CRM database
Assist with assorted marketing tasks such as conference preparation, event planning, and leading research initiatives on potential clients, competitors, and market trends

You have 1-4 years of experience working for an AEC firm. Ideally, you'll have specific experience working on proposals, including managing multiple deadlines.
You have demonstrated expertise in communicating the strengths of a company with a large and complex portfolio of work, especially through the RFP/RFQ process.
You are comfortable talking with people. This role will involve working and strategizing with senior firm leaders, leading kickoff meetings, and communicating with external partners.
You are organized and detail-oriented. This role requires proofreading, managing deadlines, and adhering to RFP/RFQ requirements. It is critical that you have an organization system that works for you.
You know your way around the Adobe Suite, especially InDesign. We develop our proposals and qualifications packages in InDesign, with occasional use of Photoshop and Illustrator.
You are proficient in working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION SPECIFIC
The marketing interns will work closely with our studio marketing team and our professional staff and graphic designers to assist in the creation of sales, marketing, and communications materials. The interns will also lead a specific strategic marketing initiative that will be selected along with our studio teams. As a Strategies intern, you will join our small team of Product and UX Designers, Software Developers, Data and Spatial Analysts. The Sasaki Strategies team addresses issues like urban equity, climate and ecological analysis through innovative tech tools and solutions. Your involvement will depend on our primary activities over the summer. You will help out on software development sprints, user research, UI + UX design; data visualization and analysis; and learning about our existing suite of tools and applying our tools on design projects. NBBJ is seeking a BIM Leader to join our central Digital BIM team, providing critical
leadership and support for projects across the firm, to drive and optimize quality and
productivity through Building Information Modelling (BIM).
The successful candidate will understand the strategic importance of BIM, possessing
strong technical and interpersonal skills to support the overall management of BIM on
projects. With the ability to work within multiple platforms and a strong understanding
of the holistic approach to design, we are looking for this person to make a significant

This role involves active involvement on projects across our studios, tackling the most
complex challenges, whilst supporting and guiding teams towards design and realization
