Good benefits and retirement. Working environment was healthy and stable. Yearly salary increases.
I had no reason to not like working there. I worked within a good team.

I enjoyed having challenging work and problems to solve. Working to optimize processes in order to achieve higher efficiencies and greater profits.
There were probably too many distractions. There was also, at times, limited new projects to work on. However, this was easily remedied by attempting to create new ways to eek out greater efficiencies.
I enjoyed having top tier healthcare benefits that meant I didn't have to worry about medical needs. The retirement was also very good and something that gave me peace of mind for the future
