Responsibilities: The Program Lead is responsible for facilitating the efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in their assigned account(s). This position also assists in ensuring coordination of services are successful, customer relations are following the highest standard, and referral sources have touch points and are informed. The Program Lead monitors that the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered and maintained, and coordinates with leadership when support is needed.
Assists therapy staff in effective and efficient delivery of rehab services; adherence to an established plan of care, department and patient(s)' schedule, and timely documentation of services.
Provides direct patient care.
Provides routine customer relations touch points to ensure customer satisfaction and continued referral flow.
Makes referrals to other disciplines and/or agencies in order to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.
Supports the delivery of the highest standard of rehabilitation services through appropriate utilization of resources, the promotion of clinical programs, and staff development in collaboration with licensed therapists, the Clinical Operations Area Director, and Clinical Director.
Coordinates Powerback Rehabilitation personnel and consultants within facility or home care contracts.
Monitors the provision of evidence based care, adherence to care delivery standards, and practice act compliance.
Ensures that the clinical management of the rehabilitation department, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification is overseen by a licensed therapist.
Assists therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and seeks out support when clinical education is required to meet the needs of the patient.
Assists in coordinating daily staffing and utilization with input from treating therapists, consideration of clinical requirements, and recommendations from the Clinical Director.
Monitors financial controls of revenue and expenses in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Area Director.
Assists the Clinical Operations Area Director in meeting annual budget goals.
Assists with clinical orientation and ensures that there is a quality orientation process for new rehab staff.

Promotes all Powerback Rehabilitation products and services whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:
U.S. Client Relationships shaping and sustenance.
Strategically drive new business in a healthcare account in close synergy with Solution & Delivery teams to manage assigned sales and margin targets.
Connect the dots across the client company performance, operating model, internal value chains and industry knowhow. Draw implications to account strategy, basis clients' ongoing divisional shifts.
Ensure the U.S. stakeholders understand Fractal India ecosystem, regardless of active engagements or not. Track impact of past solutions delivered, to uncover gaps and expectation shifts.
Sustain in-person relationships with Director- and VP-level clients.
AI/ Gen AI Demand generation and demand shaping, with commercial advancements
AI/ Gen AI Use Cases Development: Identify business improvement opportunities and develop compelling use cases for AI/ Gen AI solutions. Leverage insights from existing dashboards, proof of concepts (POCs), software partners' dynamics and market research to present new propositions to clients.
Proposals Development and Solutioning: Build proposals, for solutions tailored to client needs and technical constraints (cloud stack, APIs, security, etc.). Collaborate with the account consulting team in India and Fractal capabilities leadership, to shape AI solutions entailing services, accelerators and/or products. Harness Fractal's AI Research group to advance client's roadmaps and stretch aspirations.
Commercial structuring: In line with Fractal's objectives to shift towards outputs-based and subscriptions-types pricing, in collaboration with Fractal Finance and Capabilities leadership. Influence U.S. client procurement-related stakeholders with advanced commercial structures, entailing TCO, usage value and adoption factors.
Internal remote collaboration with the Fractal India ecosystem
Collaborate with internal India teams, including Consulting and Delivery teams, to develop winning proposals and ensure POCs and pilot-phase execution success.
Ensure pilots and/or POCs reach success in terms of long-term production solutions, with upgradation roadmaps. Tie with the long-term subscription-revenue objectives.
Represent full Fractal portfolio with broad understanding and expertise in AI, Engineering & Design /Behavioral sciences.
Technical Kkills:
Strong grasp of GenAI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings) and their business applications
Awareness of Agentic AI patterns (autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems) and ability to position them in client contexts.
Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and ecosystem tools (LangChain, RAG frameworks)
Ability to translate technical enablers (APIs, integration, data pipelines) into business value narratives for clients.
Qualifications:
10-18 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management or presales in Consulting Services, encompassing Analytics offerings (BI, AI ML, Gen AI, Cloud Tech).
Demonstrated ability to drive account growth in scaled accounts, develop strong client relationships and execute pre-sales activities.
Willingness to work in a siloed manner, i.e., alone at client site with a geographically distributed team (EU, India) structure in a fairly challenging environment.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to derive insights from various data sources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building with Director & VP-level clients.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different functional areas.
Travel: Possibly every month across U.S. client offices
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: up to $200,000 base. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Our high-volume cafe is located in West Concord center, and we are looking for enthusiastic individualsto join our morning and afternoon shifts. Both part and full time positions are available! Preference for year round availability!
Job responsibilities will include:preparing handcrafted espresso and tea beverages; providing exceptional customer service to our customers; serving a variety of freshly prepared bread, sandwiches, food, and pastries; retail sales and online order management and fulfillment; stocking supplies; merchandising and organizing our retail shelves and cases; cleaning and maintaining brewing equipment; register operation and cash handling.
Barista experience and coffee/tea knowledge is preferred, and we will provide ample education and training on beverage preparation. The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, organized, motivated, and passionate about crafting both excellent coffee drinks and customerexperiences!

Our story really begins with a friendship. John and Stu were close friends in high school. Though they went their separate ways after graduating, they stayed in touch and John became a big fan of the breads Stu was creating in Vermont. On several occasions, the two talked casually about going into business together. One day Stu called John and said, Do you remember how we talked about starting a bread business? Well, Im ready. John thought hard for at least one day before he called Stu back and said, Lets do it.
Stu and John spent hours over the next year philosophizing about bread, about life and about the opportunity to create a business that had meaning beyond the endless daily grind that consumes so many lives. From the beginning, they committed to starting a business that would take care of its employees, and give back to the community, while at the same time creating a space for people to meet, to talk and to organize around important social, cultural and political issues.
In the end, the bakerys home was designed to be many businesses fit into one space. There is, of course, the kitchens about 4,000 square feet anchored by three massive 32,000 pound French bread oven with windows all around so that caf patrons are able to look in on the operation. The caf is L-shaped with one side dedicated to take-out customers and the other filled with tables and chairs. In a back corner there are couches and armchairs, magazines and a few toys. The bakery also serves a growing network of gourmet markets, sandwich shops, caterers, restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and other cafes. So Nashoba Brook Bakery is a wholesale bread business, a retail bakery, a caf, a takeout lunch spot, and a coffee shop all under one roof.
