Your Opportunity
Our Sault Ste. Marie office is looking for an Administrative Professional to join the Assurance team and own the following responsibilities:
* Responding to general client, staff and partner requests in person and over email/phone
* Providing general administrative support for Partners and Managers, schedule appointments and other ad-hoc duties as required
* Proofread financial statements and letters for grammatical, typographical and formatting errors
* Work independently and follow through on assignments and special projects with minimal direction
* Work with Workday for file and project management
* Other administrative duties as required; including back up reception, mailing/courier, and providing assistance to other admin staff

Your experience and education
* You have the ability to clearly and confidently communicate with others
* You have strong Microsoft Office skills for data entry and analysis
* You have at least 2+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer driven environment, and have had experience in completing tasks simultaneously
* Office Administration diploma or similar education would be considered an asset
* Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
* You are well organized and have an eye for detail
* You are self-motivated to work independently and are a good team player
* Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
