Michael T. Sicoli is INAP's Chief Executive Officer. Mike joined INAP in October 2019 as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining INAP, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of GTT Communications Inc., a publicly-traded provider of cloud networking services to multinational clients. From 2013 to 2015, he served as principal of MTS Advisors, LLC, a consulting and advisory services firm he founded. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sidera Networks, a fiber optic service provider that was merged with Lightower Fiber Networks in 2013. From 2005-2010, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer of RCN Corporation. Previously, Mike held various positions at Nextel Communications, Deloitte Consulting and Accenture. Additionally, Mike recently served as a director of Lumos Networks, a fiber-based bandwidth infrastructure and service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Leslie Stretch joined the Board of Directors in February of 2021. Mr. Stretch, who has had a storied career leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations, is currently president and chief executive officer at customer experience (CX) management leader, Medallia, which he took public in 2019. Mr. Stretch joined Medallia in 2018 and guided the company to a successful IPO in July 2019. The company has emerged as a leader in the Customer and Employee Experience management platform market; in December, the company was named a Leader in Gartner’s first Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer and has an enterprise value north of $7 billion. Prior to Medallia, Mr. Stretch was the President and CEO of Callidus Software, an early leader in the sales commissions space, for 11 years. Callidus was acquired by SAP for $2.6B in 2018.

Mike brings extensive operating and board leadership in public and private communications, technology and infrastructure companies to his role as CEO. His focus includes strategy development and execution, driving business transformation, leading company culture and focusing on stakeholder value. Prior to Sungard AS, Mike served as CEO and Board Member of Broadview Networks Holdings, Inc., where he led the transformation of Broadview’s strategy and business model from a traditional local telecom service provider to a cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider. Mike has a proven track record of acquiring and integrating multiple companies, as he did with Broadview, as well as focusing on organic growth. Prior to Broadview, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for US LEC Corp. While at US LEC, Mike raised substantial capital to fund the company’s growth objectives. Prior to US LEC, he held senior roles at Alcatel (now Nokia), Windward International and Siecor Corporation.

Jeff Hack is a Chief Executive Officer at Net at Work, Chief Executive Officer at Paya Holdings Inc, and Board Member at Paya Holdings Inc. He has experience at McKinsey & Company and has worked as Exec VP/COO:Global Business Solutions at First Data, COO:Securities Services Business at JPMorgan Chase &, and CFO/COO at Smith Barney. Jeff studied at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.

Dan Serpico is CEO and President of FusionStorm. He is charged with driving the company's continued growth and profitability. He brings more than twenty-five years of senior executive management experience in high growth organizations from start-ups to enterprises with annual revenues of a half billion dollars. Prior to FusionStorm, Dan was President of Jeskell, an IBM Premier Business Partner, where he was recognized with an IBM leadership award in 2008. Before leading Jeskell, Mr. Serpico was the CFO of FusionStorm (a position he has held for fourteen years). He played a key role in helping the company grow from a local Northern California organization into a national industry leader. Mr. Serpico has also held positions as Vice President of Finance and Administration for The Concorde Group, an enterprise systems reseller, and CFO of Raben Publishing, a Wall-Street backed venture. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Mr. Serpico was named EMC Partner Executive of the Year for 2010.
