I thought that it was a good company with a lot of opportunities to take advantage of growth opportunities they are %0% Very unfriendly people and just dreaded being there.
Zero chance for advancement and they do not listen to process improvements even when they are absolutely correct! Management gives you the feeling that you are too stupid to know more than they do. Oh you will advance if your mother is a SVP there no problem.
401k plan was ok even with the lousy match that they give. Other than that it was to get away a from a long term employee that basically works 2 hours a day and pretends to work the rest of the day. And as I said before management is not to bright to see this
CEO great intelligent underpaid guy. The rest of the non management team belongs straight down the Bemis!
Higher wages, better 401k match and opportunities to those who put the time in and deserve it. Not the nepotism that currently exists
Brief reading of a very small bank that is barely on the map

The whole phone list is WASP based and they hire minorities probably to stay Complient

CEO is ok. Management team could not pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.
Replace all mid management and LISTEN to your employees when system improvements make sense.
Brief reading on their history.
