Very easy to get hired
Compensation is very bad
There is nothing that stands out compared to other companies related
Paid every Friday.
Management are usually convicts and have no clue on how to manage people. Disrespectful and arrogant and always blaming everyone but themselves.
Being able to work alone since most of time the manager is sitting somewhere away from work.
Never met CEO, The rest of management including HR are degrading and disrespectful.
Hiring professionals and not people fresh from prison.
No need to prepare as long as you can breathe you are good to go.
Low pay compared to Caterpillar which you are doing the same thing.
