The Inpatient RN Case Manager at Sinai Hospital works with the clinical team and medical provider to coordinate and implement safe discharge plans for patients. Their main goals are to improve patient well-being, outcomes, and ensure healthcare services are used efficiently and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Planning: Conducts initial and ongoing assessments to determine patient needs for care coordination and discharge, then develops a focused discharge plan, especially for high-risk patients.
Intervention & Collaboration: Works closely with the clinical team and medical providers to put the discharge plan into action.
Continuous Improvement: Stays current with healthcare trends, regulations, and payer requirements related to patient care, discharge planning, and benefits.
Requirements:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
BSN preferred; ADN required

Job Description
Neal R. Gross & Co. (NRGCO) is a Washington, DC based Court Reporting and Transcription company. We have been in business for over 45 years and provide verbatim court reporting and transcription services to a broad range of government and private clients. We are looking to add legal transcribers with Federal Government Security Clearance for trials, administrative hearings, historical and investigational interviews, and meetings.
This is an in-office contract position working part-time hours, must be available Monday-Friday. Transcribers will be paid on a per page rate basis, equivalent to $20-$40 per hour. Legal transcription experience is required along with having Government Security Clearance.
Audio notes and a format will be provided to you. You will be required to transcribe them accurately and in a timely fashion and in accordance with the provided format. Timeliness is a must!
Requirements
Excellent command of English language
Government Security Clearance is REQUIRED
Must be able to transcribe at least 3 hours of audio per week
Accurate grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
High speed internet connection
Internet research skills
Proofreading of all work before turned-in
Must be a US citizen

Transcribers are paid by the page at very competitive rates. All NRGCO transcribers are independent (1099) Subcontractors. Subcontractors are paid biweekly for all timely submitted invoices. Please submit your resume for review.

Job Duties
* Provides residents with opportunities and support for involvement in group and individual leisure pursuits (i.e. arts/crafts, community outings, religious activities, intellectual/educational activities based upon individual interests and needs.

About the Role
Vital Sign Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Delegating Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee client care and supervise caregivers in a home care setting.

Responsibilities
