Mike has served as Chief Executive Officer of ScanSource, Inc., with worldwide headquarters in Greenville, SC, since January 2000. In February 2019, he was appointed to Chairman of the Board for the Company. Mike was a founding member of the team that started ScanSource in December 1992 with five other employees. ScanSource experienced rapid growth from the beginning, completed its IPO in 1994, and is a Fortune-1000 company with annual sales of more than $3.8 billion. The Company expanded internationally beginning in 2002 and now has 47 locations and approximately 2,700 employees across the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and South Africa. Mike served as President of the Company from its inception in 1992 until 2007. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since December 1995.

Rachel Hayden serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at ScanSource, where she leads the planning, implementation, and execution of the Company’s global IT strategy. Her expertise in leading complex, enterprise-wide programs spans across a variety of IT roles and industries, including consumer goods, manufacturing, finance, and professional services. Prior to joining ScanSource, Rachel served as Chief Information Officer for Just Born, Inc., where she was responsible for corporate and IT strategic planning, operations, and security. Previous to this, she spent five years with Berry Plastics in multiple roles, including Senior Director of IT, Global Business and Process Analysis.

Experienced corporate finance leader with a proven track record of developing effective international finance and operation organizations.

Strong background in global finance management and integrated supply chain operations through years of experience working in industry leading companies with a focus on value creation through financial and operational optimization.

Leveraging cross industry experiences in SaaS and integrated software solutions, electronic / consumer goods manufacturing and distribution, and automotive manufacturing to identify and execute value creation in all aspects of financial and operational metrics.

John Eldh serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, where he is responsible for ScanSource’s go-to-market strategy and execution, as well as overseeing the Company’s Global Sales and Marketing, Supplier, Solutions, and Services teams across all geographies. Prior to joining ScanSource, John served as Senior Vice President of Global Partner Organizations at CA Technologies, where he oversaw the company’s global partner business, including channel marketing and the inside sales organization. He also served as Senior Vice President of Sales for CA’s global security business. In addition, John spent nearly ten years at Symantec Corporation serving in several leadership capacities, including Vice President of North American Channel Sales; Vice President of Symantec’s Cloud Sales Organization for North America and Latin America; Region Vice President for the UK, Ireland and Nordics; Vice President of EMEA Inside Sales and Renewals; and Vice President of Americas Inside Sales. Prior to Symantec, John spent 14 years at Gartner, Inc., where he served as Group Vice President and Region Vice President, overseeing enterprise field sales organizations, as well as building and managing Gartner's inside sales organization.

Charlie brings far-reaching global finance and public company expertise to the Company. Before joining the Company in 2012, Charlie served as Chief Financial Officer of Force Protection, Inc., a public company in South Carolina. Charlie began his financial career at Salomon Brothers, New York and held senior financial leadership positions at United Dominion Industries, Inc., EnPro Industries, Inc., and Elbit Systems Ltd. He has conducted business extensively throughout Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific over much of his career. Additionally, Charlie served 3 years as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps.
