Patrick Paul Gelsinger (born 1961) is an American business executive and engineer, currently serving as CEO of Intel.

Colin M. Angle, a co-founder of iRobot, has served as chairman of the board since October 2008, as chief executive officer since June 1997, and prior to that, as our president since November 1992. He has served as a director since October 1992. As a co-founder and chief executive officer, Mr. Angle provides a critical contribution to the board of directors with his detailed knowledge of the Company, our employees, our client base, our prospects, the strategic marketplace and our competitors. Mr. Angle previously worked at the National Aeronautical and Space Administration’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he participated in the design of the behavior controlled rovers that led to Sojourner exploring Mars in 1997. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, both from MIT.

Rick Wallace serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of KLA Corporation as well as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Wallace began as an applications engineer at KLA Instruments in 1988, and has held various general management positions throughout his tenure with the company. Earlier in his career, Wallace held positions with Ultratech Stepper and Cypress Semiconductor.Wallace currently serves on the board of directors of Proofpoint., a security and compliance company.Wallace earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and his Master of Science degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University. Wallace lives in the bay area with his wife and three children.

Sanjay Mehrotra is an Indian American business executive and the CEO of Micron Technology. He was the co-founder of SanDisk, where he served as president and CEO until its acquisition by Western Digital in 2016.

Luc Seraphin is president and chief executive officer and has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2018. Prior to this role, Luc was the senior vice president and general manager of the Memory and Interface Division, leading the development of the company’s innovative memory architectures and high-speed serial link solutions. Luc also served as the senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Operations where he oversaw sales, business development, customer support and operations across the various business units within Rambus. Luc started his career as a field application engineer at NEC and later joined AT&T Bell Labs, which became Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems (now Avago Technologies). During his 18 years at Avago, Luc held several senior positions in sales, marketing and general management, culminating in his last position as executive vice president and general manager of the Wireless Business Unit. Following this, Luc held the position of general manager of a GPS startup company in Switzerland and was vice president of Worldwide Sales and Support at Sequans Communications. During his career, Luc has advised and supported companies in both the product and IP markets. Luc holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Superieure de Chimie, Physique, Electronique, based in Lyon, France where he majored in Computer Architecture. Luc also holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and has completed the senior executive program of Columbia University.

Aart J. de Geus is a co-founder of Synopsys, Inc., a provider of electronic design automation software and related services for semiconductor design companies, and currently serves as its Chairman of the Board of Directors and Co-Chief Executive Officer. Since 1986, Dr. de Geus has held various positions at Synopsys, including President, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Senior Vice President of Marketing, and has served as a member of its board of directors. From 1982 to 1986, Dr. de Geus was employed by the General Electric Company, a global infrastructure, finance and media company, where he was the Manager of the Advanced Computer-Aided Engineering Group. Dr. de Geus joined the Applied Materials board of directors in 2007.

Mr. Blott has held numerous key positions including co-founder of Blott Asset Management, L.L.C (2005), Founding member of Borealis Capital Corporation (2002), JP Morgan & Co, BMO and Banc of America Securities. In that time, Mr. Blott led transaction teams and assisted in underwriting $1.01 billion of private equity investments, a private buyout of $700 million company (2004), a $565 million acquisition and development of William Osler Health Center (2003) and led a subsidiary carve out of Express Pipelines Corp for $2.1 billion. Prior to 1993, he was a Special Assistant and Policy Advisor in the government of the Rt. Hon. Brian Mulroney. Mr. Blott is an experienced public company director in geospace, having served as Chairman of the Special Committee for OSI Geospatial, supplier of command and control systems for the U.S. Navy since October 2011. Patrick holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BA in Political Economy from the University of Western Ontario and completed post-graduate work in Political Economy at the University of Toronto.
