The only pro of working here is some of the employees
Top management, including the CEO is the worst. They will pretend they are on your side and want to help you, but they end up scolding you. Its best not to ask or get involved with them. They have no problem giving you extra work without the extra compensation. Will have to start seeking mental therapy, I am afraid to come to work. Everything I do is wrong in the eyes of the CEO. When you share your ideas with him, he will completely disapprove of them. If you work hard, he will not see it. The CEO will make you feel like you are incompetent to do you job. Save yourself the stress and work for bigger known mortgage companies like Cross Country Mortgage. Many of the loan officers made the transition because top management is terrible.
