Mr. Bertrand is a Co-founder of privately-held: Lacamas Laboratories, Inc; MicroScent LLC; Cheng Smith LLC (China/USA); CleanWax LLC; and JCB Associates, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in Innovation and Commercial Development in biologically-active chemistry businesses: pharmaceutical, flavor & fragrance, digitized scent delivery, synthetic biology, green chemistry, biomass energy. Mr. Bertrand holds BS in Chemistry from Miami University (OH) and MBA from Xavier University (OH).

Stefan Braken-Guelke serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Scent Sciences Corporation. Mr. Braken-Guelke served as the Chief Executive Officer of Santel Networks, Inc. He has 25+ years experience in Operations covering manufacturing, engineering, product development, sales, marketing and finance. Mr. Braken-Guelke has more than 17 years experience in the semiconductor industry, including positions with executive responsibilities for general management, operations, and marketing and sales. Prior to joining Santel Networks in March 2002, Mr. Braken-Guelke served as Chief Operating Officer at Zilog, Inc. where he played a key role in restructuring the Zilog. Prior to Zilog, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Hifn, Inc. and Vice President, Logic Division of Integrated Device Technology. Prior to IDT, he worked 13 years at Philips Semiconductors, where he served as General Manager of the Handheld Computing Group. Mr. Braken-Guelke has an M.S. in Physical Engineering from University of Wedel, Germany.
