    Apply Description Master Landscaping is looking for a Groundskeeper/Spray Technician to assist the other Groundskeepers in beautifying the outdoor areas of all Scentsy-owned properties. This includes applying fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other turf/plant health treatments safely and effectively across landscaped properties. This role ensures our grounds maintain a healthy, clean, and visually appealing appearance year-round. What You'll Do: Operate landscape equipment, including, but not limited to: lawn mower, string trimmer, edger, power shears, backpack blower, etc. Ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and decorative shrubs Maintain existing landscape design and ensure plant survival Rake fallen leaves, remove tree limbs, overgrowth, and other hazards Apply herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers according to state regulations and company guidelines Identify weeds, pests, and turf/plant diseases to determine appropriate treatments Mix chemicals accurately and safely, following all label requirements Operate spray equipment, backpack sprayers, spreaders, and powered application tools Maintain all spray equipment, vehicles, and tools in clean and safe working condition Record daily chemical usage, application rates, and treatment areas Monitor treated areas for results and recommend follow-up treatments when needed Communicate professionally with team members, leadership, and customers when necessary Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Idaho Department of Agriculture regulations Pick up trash, debris, and other miscellaneous materials from the grounds Ensure employee safety during inclement weather by removing debris, snow, and ice from communal walkways and spaces as needed Help others in the facilities department as needed, including after-hours events as needed Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Idaho State Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 60 days) is required 1+ year(s) experience in landscape spraying or grounds maintenance preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience and knowledge of operating landscape maintenance equipment, i.e. lawn mowers, string trimmers, edger, power shears, etc. Strong understanding of integrated pest management (IPM) principles Ability to safely handle, mix, and apply chemicals Strong attention to detail and safety Knowledge of turf health, weed identification, and pest control methods Ability to work independently and manage a weekly route Strong communication and record-keeping skills Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused Knowledge and experience installing or maintaining sprinkler systems a plus Knowledge and experience installing landscaping such as pavers, plants, and sod a plus Excellent customer service skills

    JOB TITLE: Mill Maintenance REPORTS TO: Feedmill Manager and Assistant Feedmill Manager FLSA STATUS: Hourly, Ag-exempt FUNCTION: Ensures mill operation by inspecting machinery and performing maintenance/repair. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Identifies and prioritizes mill maintenance by visually inspecting machinery for proper functioning (includes: electrical, batching, boilers, and liquid tanks) Performs preventative maintenance by utilizing a computerized work order system and carrying out maintenance tasks. Maintains maintenance records by documenting observations, work performed, and parts used. Maintains parts inventory by communicating parts needed and organizing parts. Schedules downtime or after-hours maintenance work and necessary contract work. Works in various capacities when another employee is absent or as necessary (may include: receiving, flaking, and loader operation). Participates in daily housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing millwork areas. Complies with applicable OSHA, FDA, and EPA regulations; maintains appropriate compliance records. Complies with applicable safety rules and policies. QUALIFICATIONS: Understanding of electrical systems and boilers. Mechanical abilities Experience operating heavy equipment. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers; ability to compute rate, ration, and percent. COMPETENCY: Expected to coordinate projects, conserve organizational resources, demonstrate understanding of Company policy, adapt to changes in the work environment, exhibit sound, and accurate judgment, observe safety and security procedures, and report potentially unsafe conditions.
