The GCCC Public Safety Senior Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of securing, directing, and promoting security and public safety on the campus of the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Public Safety Officers are assigned to greet guests as they arrive, check bags, perform visual checks of guests and materials, manage crowds, secure doors, monitor specific locations throughout the venue, and act as roving or posted security. As the "eyes and ears" of the venue, Public Safety Officers are expected to keep a close watch on the crowd and intervene in situations when appropriate. Public Safety Officers are on the "front line" of customer service and public safety and will experience the excitement and energy of the event and the satisfaction of interacting with the public. Assists in event related activities as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Greets guests as they enter and leave the facilities. Answers questions, resolves complaints, and gives directions. Enforces venue policies and procedures. Reports suspicious activity and violations of campus policy. Responds to guest conflicts, medical situations, and other incidents. The Role We Want You For The Scheduling and Planning Manager builds and maintains the project schedule and the different baselines in accordance with Clayco's policies, owner requirements, and the on-going analysis of the network logic and validation as it complies with the intent of the project team. Cost and resource loading including the Clayco metrics and general conditions is required on all project schedules so, all report generation and cash flows will be a critical element of the role. Roles and Responsibilities: * Manage a team of 31 team members consisting of 3 supervisors, 24 planners, 1 lead scheduler, & 3 schedulers) * Manager planning team across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control valve subject areas to produce professional and accurate manhour estimates, work packages, and bills of material. * Manage scheduling team to develop, optimize, and delivery high quality schedules to drive predictably and cost competitiveness. * Resource load planners across outages to ensure pre-outage turning points are achieved while optimizing contingent worker headcount. Drive consistency and efficiency using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Manage contingent worker planners to supplement Air Products labor during peak resource draw. * Serve as technical lead in support of planning standard processes. Ensure work packages are produced in accordance with Air Products' standards, procedures, and specifications.
