The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
The Scheduler will be responsible for creating and scheduling work in various customer owned scheduling programs. The Scheduler will perform critical path analysis, risk assessment and baselining; calculate SPI and CPI measures for earned value management and analyze results to track project variances for project performance reporting. The Scheduler works closely with the project team and will facilitate and attend cross functional meetings related to scope and project financials to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met. They are responsible for producing a variety of regular and ad-hoc reports in support of our project planning and control initiatives. They play a key role in ensuring that policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
Salary Range: $76,000 - $102,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain project schedules through project close-out.
Monitor project performance and report on various project metrics including; risk assessment, SPI, CPI & EVM, critical path, etc.
Verify accuracy of cost information - including confirmation that costs have been properly coded and allocated to the project budget
Prepare needed regulatory reporting and status reports
Interaction and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Associate degree in project management or related field
Preference will be given to candidates with Certified Assistant Project Manager (CAPM) certification
Minimum of two (2) years of scheduling experience
Experience in civil and/or utility projects
Experience working in a highly regulated environment
Experience with Primavera/P6 and/or MS Project
Intermediate or higher knowledge level of Excel

OVERVIEW:The RTS Access Scheduler plays a critical role within RTS Access Operation. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist RTS Access customers with their transportation needs in a way that uses RTS Access resources in the most efficient manner. Work involves the use of a computerized scheduling system. The Scheduler is responsible for making decisions related to established processes and procedures, while using their judgement to efficiently and effectively negotiate and research the most appropriate trips for customers. WORK SCHEDULE: The current work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (but is subject to change)
RTS Access operates seven days a week, 364 days per year; therefore, employees must be able to work flexible hours and varied days including weekends and holidays. This is a Union environment in association with the Teamsters, Local 118. The part time schedule shift is part of a work bid. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Provide excellent customer service in trip reservations.
