About this role:
At our Global Scheduler, you'll report to and work closely with the Director of Production Management, playing a vital role in orchestrating the availability, compliance, and scheduling of Nova's global pilot network. You'll serve as the central hub for pilot logistics-managing real-time data, ensuring readiness for shows, and collaborating cross-functionally.
As a Global Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
Drone Pilot Scheduling & Logistics
Own the Near Term 0-6 week pilot schedule, ensuring all pilots are accurately assigned and informed.
Keep all pilot scheduling platforms and materials in sync and up to date.
Lead scheduling communications with all pilots.
Participate in weekly regional meetings to gather changes and adjust schedules accordingly.
Drone Pilot Data Management
Own the near and long term schedule, and keep all static and dynamic pilot information current
Maintain and update all pilot records, including:
Licensing & certifications record keeping
VISA status and applications
Updated PIC/PMTC records
Flight counts
Pilot Time off/vacation schedules
Pilot contracts
Manage onboarding/offboarding checklists and workflows.
Forecasting & Hiring Support
Assist with long-term forecasting to identify pilot staffing needs, and quarterback pilot screening/interviewing.
Coordinate pilot screening and interview scheduling to support hiring initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the main point of contact for Accounting on pilot show time and invoicing.
Work closely with HR, Legal, and Regional Ops to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

**Role Overview**
The Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the brewery operates efficiently and in compliance with all labor agreements. This role manages daily and weekly scheduling for a large, unionized hourly workforce, balancing business needs with employee preferences and contractual obligations. **Responsibilities**
+ Build, maintain, and distribute weekly labor schedules for production, packaging, and warehouse teams.

Create variance reports, graphics, and narratives to highlight issues or conflicts.
Create visual references / diagrams / graphics using schedule data to further describe the project plan, current status, and upcoming scopes of work.
Ability to help guide teams with vertical alignment between the P6 schedule and any outside form of detailed tracking such as procurement logs or level 4 & 5 commitment based construction tools.

Role Overview
The Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the brewery operates efficiently and in compliance with all labor agreements. This role manages daily and weekly scheduling for a large, unionized hourly workforce, balancing business needs with employee preferences and contractual obligations. It's ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on details, and has strong organizational and technology skills.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and distribute weekly labor schedules for production, packaging, and warehouse teams.
Partner with department leaders to forecast labor needs and align staffing with production demand.
Ensure all scheduling complies with the collective bargaining agreement (CBA), including seniority, shift assignments, and overtime rules.
Update and maintain scheduling data in Excel and Workday (and other brewery systems).
Track attendance, shift swaps, and vacation requests while maintaining accurate daily records.
Communicate schedule changes promptly and clearly to both management and employees.
Support site leaders with analysis of scheduling trends, coverage gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Serve as a key contact for union workforce scheduling questions and maintain professionalism in all employee interactions.
Qualifications
High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in manufacturing or operations scheduling strongly considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (pivot tables, formulas, and data organization).
Experience with Workday, or other workforce management tools a plus.
