We are seeking a candidate for a key leadership role in scheduling for a portfolio of Data Center projects of strategic importance to Meta. The Area Schedule Lead, Leased will act as a technical Schedule subject matter expert overseeing all schedule management and reporting for the Leased portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will have focus on speed to market and be a critical partner for the Delivery Team and the Project Controls Lead to forecast and help mitigate schedule related risks and issues on the project, enable commercial accountability, manage schedule health reporting/escalation, and ensure that schedule change management is effective and expedient. This position will work closely within the DEC Technical Operations team and various internal departments including Site Project Management teams, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing and Operations Engineering.

Area Schedule Lead, Leased Data Centers Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end to end schedule coordination and updates, including interface with risk management and pro-active communication of updates and alignment of variance root cause/commentary with Cross-functional partners
2. Identifies, documents, and communicates schedule risks through defined processes, including Risk Registers, health reviews, and Leased Program management meetings
3. Accountable for all aspects of vendor and Contractor schedule management
4. Accountable for Contractor baseline schedule development and evaluation during pre-con, including ensuring adherence to program guidance and specifications. Will lead efforts to optimize schedules for speed to market and successful on-time-delivery
5. Responsible for application of commercial entitlement for contractor Extensions Of Time (EOT) for their designated portfolio of projects. Provide leadership to site teams for Delay Tracking, EOT requests and claims. Responsible for making recommendations that are in line with contract and escalating when site decisions differ from the contractual or program guidance
6. Lead the identification and application of Proactive Risk Indicators in sub-area and ensure all risks are properly escalated to Health Reviews, and other appropriate forums. Lead ad-hoc schedule analysis to support program as required
7. Lead a small team of consultants (if required) to support effective schedule management for the designated portfolio of projects
8. Approximately 25-50% travel to other Data Center sites and Meta Offices

The Planning and Scheduling Coordinator will report to the Planning & Scheduling Manager.
The Planning and Scheduling Coordinator (PSC) will oversee production planning and develop/manage schedules and delivery priorities across all product lines. This critical role develops master schedules based on customer priorities and plant capacity, utilizing applicable company business systems, tools and information. The PSC will distribute, communicate, track and manage schedules alongside Production, Quality and Engineering/Project Management Leadership. This position requires strong leadership, management and team skills. The PSC also requires a strong customer-focus and will strive for schedule compliance and on-time delivery every day.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with the planning and scheduling efforts for the entire company's operations.
Focus on accurate and detailed planning, effectively formulating plans and schedules to balance demand against available capacity.
Understand high-level trends and forecasts that stem from the S&OP process; from those forecasts develop relevant production plans (work to balance/level load the facility). Likewise, identify potential bottlenecks/issues and prepare plans to optimize flow and output. Escalate concerns in terms of capacity, headcount, etc. for resolution.
Publish, manage and maintain production schedules while balancing against inventory, resources and capacity. Adjust schedules based on operational changes. Ensure communication and understanding of schedules is always current.
Track schedule compliance and monitor performance/results on a real-time basis. Monitor and track all applicable delivery metrics; these include PTS (Performance-To-Schedule in production), RTS (Ready-To-Ship completion dates) and OTD (On-Time Delivery to customers).
Act as liaison between multiple departments to manage, maintain, control and achieve the production schedule.
Collaborate with leadership to monitor the status of projects to ensure customers, stakeholders, and vendors are communicated with accordingly.
Utilize project management software for setting up, establishing and scheduling jobs.
Place high visibility on at-risk jobs and help prioritize and maintain their schedules by working directly with the production and QA teams on a daily basis.
Drive productivity and continuous improvement in all tasks and processes.

Requirements:
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant college degree preferred.
APICS (or comparable) certification in Planning/Scheduling also preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred/desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, or similar software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with other teams and team members.
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and leadership through all departments.
Physical Requirements
Typically sits, grasps items, and performs keyboarding for the regular operation of a computer.
Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly.

Under general direction, the Scheduler-Surgery Coordinator is responsible for scheduling all inpatient and outpatient surgery and medical procedures, tests and studies ordered by the physician. Provides support and communicates necessary information to patients and physicians regarding surgery scheduling.
What you will Do:
* Maintain the surgery schedule, providing necessary information to patients and physicians.
* Coordinate, register and schedule appointments for patients according to availability.
* Conduct patient pre-certification on proper insurance approval for appointments and medical care.
* Ensure all pre-operative required tests needed prior to surgery, are scheduled and completed.
* Coordinate and ensure necessary equipment is ordered, room availability/scheduled, pre-surgery medication, etc. is arranged prior to scheduled procedure.
* Communicate detailed information and answer patients' questions regarding surgery preparation instructions, arrival / departure instructions relative to procedure.
* Schedule any necessary follow-up appointments, as directed by physicians.
* Receive and screen calls relating to problems that may arise due to date changes and any reasons for cancellation.
* Escalate non-routine issues to the practice manager or physician.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the practice manager or physician.
