Promotes dental health by completing dental prophylaxis, providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies, charting conditions of decay and disease, and performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.

Position Summary: : Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Scheduler to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nashville, TN. The location for this position is subject to change. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop, review, and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for vertical and horizontal construction projects in support of USACE.
Conduct schedule risk assessments, time impact analysis (TIA), and delay evaluations.
Review contractor baseline and progress schedules for logic, sequencing, and compliance with USACE requirements.
•Monitor schedule performance, generate periodic reports, and make recommendations to mitigate schedule slippage.
Provide technical input during project planning, procurement, and execution phases, ensuring schedule alignment with project milestones.
All other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Medical Assistant Scheduler is a dynamic, cross-trained team member who provides support across multiple roles, including surgery scheduling, patient Services, and medical assisting responsibilities. This position ensures seamless clinic operations by adapting to various roles based on daily staffing needs and patient volume. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate and schedule surgeries, pre-operative testing, and post-operative appointments.
Obtain prior authorizations and verify insurance coverage for surgical procedures.
Serve as the liaison between patients, providers, surgery centers, and insurance companies.
Ensure all surgical documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
Provide detailed pre-op instructions to patients and answer questions regarding procedures.

**Turner & Townsend** is seeking a **Senior Construction Scheduler** to work with our team in **Clarksville, TN** , and a leading technology client on a large-scale data center construction program.
The Senior Scheduler should have experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan, develop and execute construction schedules for mission critical facilities. This includes new-builds and retrofits to existing /operating facilities.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of scheduling best practices, resource & cost loaded scheduling, overall construction project controls as well as the interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with the internal stakeholders of the project team on a daily basis.
The Senior Scheduler will take responsibility for end to end service delivery and to act as key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service. To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Regular travel to construction site is expected.
+ Effectively work with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors and Sub Contractors on a daily basis.
+ Develop and maintain a detailed construction program schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
+ Ensure that schedule related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
+ Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
+ Actively work with project managers, construction firms and subcontractor firms as necessary to maintain schedule integrity.
+ Provide interface and quality assurance to Project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance.
+ Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
+ Prepare and update progress reports as required by the client, including the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the monthly project report and specific reports / presentations.
+ Produce high level and 1, 3, 6 month look ahead from P6 for reporting.
+ Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
+ Actively monitor and communicate any possible project issues that could delay the schedule.
+ Conduct the required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
+ Analyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule highlighting bottlenecks / delays and propose corrective actions, and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance / change order.
+ SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
**Qualifications**
+ Experience working in mission critical environments is preferred including commissioning activities.
+ Construction experience- i.e. "boots on the ground." This is site-level construction experience who knows the construction process.
+ Understanding of best practice relating to the delivery of a construction program is required.
+ Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.
+ A background in Project Controls is beneficial.
+ Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction sequencing is required.
+ Being able to work independently is crucial.
+ Capable of producing detailed concept level schedules from limited project information. Identifying major phases through that timeline and be able to determine and discuss dependencies.
+ Working closely with various disciplines in project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced without compromising your independence as a scheduler so you are in a position to advise project management on issues requiring judgment.
+ Knowledge of system start-up sequences and major dependencies.
+ Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.
+ BS Degree in Engineering or Business or related field; or demonstrated equivalent and related experience.
+ PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is beneficial.
+ EIT certification Preferred.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assumes primary responsibility for the renal preservation process including pumping and pump transport, in accordance with company policy, UNOS policy, and AOPO standards. Reports difficulties or challenges in the preservation process to the manager or administrator on call.
Performs extensive on-call responsibilities to assist with the activities related to the donor recovery. Primary on-call responsibilities will occur in assigned region or office where employed. Increased donor activity, staffing shortages, etc. will require assuming on-call responsibilities outside the primary area.
Coordinates and assists in the surgical recovery, preservation, packaging, and delivery of organs and specimens in conjunction with transplant surgeons and/or organ recovery coordinators, research facilities or coroner's offices in compliance with company policy, AOPO standards, and UNOS requirements.
Coordinates and assists with fly outs (if applicable).
Coordinates and assists with organ allocation, including kidney and liver placement, distribution, and transportation of organs for transplantation and/or research in accordance with company policy, UNOS policy, and AOPO standards.
Receives import organ offers and facilitates communication of information between host donor program and local transplant program (if applicable). Coordinates and assists with travel arrangements for transplant teams, organs for transplant and/or research, and specimens to laboratories, as appropriate, in accordance with company policy, UNOS policy, AOPO standards, and ME office.
Orders and maintains all necessary supplies related to the organ recovery process. Maintains sterile supplies and donor equipment bags. Maintains the organ clinical supply room as appropriate. Handles and maintain supplies per OSHA standards and company policy. Maintains the constant state of readiness (clean and orderly).
Assists in data collection needed for recording and reporting donor activities. Adheres to company policy, AOPO and UNOS standards regarding documentation.
Assists with assigned projects and performs other duties related to the clinical, hospital services, and public education activities of the company.
Assists with organ specific research projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
