Duties:

Independently interprets and reads detailed construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.) and develops a clear understanding of work scope.
Reviews Contractor's Baseline schedule submissions and verifies that all work scope is identified properly and logically sequenced correctly; provides written detailed schedule review comments.
Performs QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for conformance with contract terms; reviews critical path, cost loading, resource loading of man-hours, schedule content, recovery schedules, use of logic relationships and lags, constraints and milestones.
Performs schedule Time Impact Analysis for any change orders that affect the construction schedule; conducts schedule negotiations with the OAR and the contractor for any delay time settlements.
Reads drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope, and understands terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.
Performs Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis.
Walks the construction sites as needed and checks the contractor's weekly/monthly schedule progress; provides reports to the project OAR and upper management.
Effectively communicates with the Contractor regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule related meetings.
Performs Program Schedule QA/QC reviews on a regular basis.
Performs status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on a bi-monthly basis.
Prepares reports as needed and directed by Management.

PACE Energy Department Is looking for a motivated and service-oriented WEATHERIZATION SCHEDULER to join the team! This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of job scheduling for weatherization services performed under contracts with the Department of Energy (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program and the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling and Coordination
Develop and maintain comprehensive job schedules for weatherization projects across multiple contracts (DOE and LIHEAP)
Assign qualified crews and inspectors to jobs based on crew availability, certifications, service requirements, and geographic locations
Coordinate with clients to schedule initial assessments, installations, and final inspections at mutually convenient times
Monitor daily crew assignments and adjust schedules as needed to address emergencies, weather delays, or equipment issues
Optimize crew utilization to maximize productivity while maintaining quality standards and meeting contract obligations
Client Communication
Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, appointment confirmations, and service updates

Education and Experience

Our Scheduling Specialist is a critical team member who will ensure that Welbe participants receive care in a timely manner. The Scheduling Specialist's primary focus includes coordinating participant care, scheduling, and maintaining accurate team member availability for participant appointments. The Scheduling Specialist will also handle cancellations and rescheduling requests, reminder calls to participants regarding future appointments, and other administrative tasks as directed.
Essential Job Duties:
* Effectively coordinate the scheduling of participant appointments, including trouble-shooting conflicts or urgent needs, communicating with all stakeholders (staff, family, providers, etc.), and meeting appointment turn-around times as outlined in appointment scheduling protocol
* Address cancellation and rescheduling requests from both staff members and participants, ensuring that changes are appropriately handled and promptly communicated to all relevant parties
* Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and requests coming into the center as needed
* Appropriately screen, transfer, resolve, and dispose of calls expeditiously while adhering to all process and documentation standards
* Maintain and update team member schedule availability in source systems, ensuring that accurate information is reflected for all available time slots
* Send appointment confirmations and appointment reminders as outlined by department protocols, updating appointments as needed
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalency required
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in healthcare required
* Experience in data entry and multiple software platforms, including one (1) year of experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) ยท Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $23.23 - $30.66 hourly + Bonus. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
