Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Scheduling Coordinator position.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing coverage and reporting the needs or concerns of clients and/or staff to the supervisor.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ One year of scheduling experience, preferably in a Home Health environment
+ Effective communication and organizational skills
+ Customer service and problem-solving skills

**What's a typical day as a Production Scheduling Coordinator? You'll be:**
+ Preparing processing schedules
+ Creating work orders, checking work order accuracy, verifying work orders, filing completed work orders (data entry/management of orders)
+ Monitoring coils in process, entering data on coils, checking coil tags, receiving master coils, updating coil status changes
+ Monitoring and preparing outbound shipments, checking load tally, completing shipping reports
+ Checking flat reports and correcting errors
