With every job there are lazy people that just stand around waiting for someone to tell them what to do. I feel belittled at times by my supervisor.

You get to work doing what you love. If it's fishing, fashion, food or anything in between you can find it at Scheels. The people are amazing and being an Employee Owned Company brings financial benefits to all Employee Owners. The employee discount is incredible also.
Retail means nights and weekend. It either works for you or it doesn't. I love having a day off during the week to get errands done when it's less busy and the set schedule allows much time to schedule appointments easily. Lots of managers, not always on the same page. Many mangers lack life experience.
