The pros of working at Schefenacker Vision Systems USA were a continuous flow of work, spacious break room area, and the diversity of workers. I worked at Britax, then the name change to Schefenacker Vision Systems USA happened. I appreciate the entire experience and workplace peacefulness.
The cons of working at Schefenacker Vision Systems USA was mainly the travel distance to and from work.
My favorite Perk/Benefit was overtime if available. I loved my work schedule hours. It was always full time. Thank you for hiring me from Canada as a Native American worker. All blessings to the company. ~Rita Greenbird (PN Luxori Miracle Seraphim)
I believe they did the best work possible. I did not have any issues with or about them. Therefore, their work ethic and leadership are deemed excellent!
I think the company culture could be improved by implementing company brand items for employees, such as tees, hats, jackets in spring, and energy freezes when it is humid.
I attended a brief orientation after application submission. I feel the process was very smooth. Thank you for the professionalism.
I viewed my compensation as average to slightly above average according to the industry.
I valued the strength of the diverse demographics represented by the company.
I loved working on the stations that allowed for fast production. I loved the days we could break outside. I felt the break room was sufficient. Appliances to accommodate and ensure food is stored and prepared easily make lunches quick. The restrooms were not problematic. Cleanliness was a great factor.
