Manager Learning Center Your main responsibilities
⢠Manages the Hub Learning Center facility and is responsible for its daily operations.
⢠Aligns with key stakeholders and owns fulfilment of the core technical education in, NI, EI, MOD, and FQE business lines, including all group required programs.
⢠Oversees the instructors, programs, efficiency, quality, and impact of his/her operating unit.
⢠Is responsible for managing the facility operating budget and forecasting future needs.

Facility:
1. oversees the Hub Learning Center physical facility and all learning activities

Field Supt NI Your main responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:
Field Supt is responsible of the repair of all assigned units so as to conform to customer and Company requirements as related to quality improvement, safety, cost improvement and customer satisfaction in support of Region objectives. As a Schindler Field Superintendent, the candidate's role will include providing technical solutions, ensuring workplace safety, supervising technicians and job site activity, and supporting service, maintenance and repair sales. The selected candidate must be an expert at fulfilling customer requirements and maximizing profitability; excellent communication, financial acumen, business development, and management skills will all be critical to success in this role. The Field Superintendent must also have the necessary skills and experience to handle customer concerns, adjust manpower levels according to business needs, and to teach employees the Company's quality, productivity and safety methodology.

* Build a team environment by leading field technicians
* Manage training and development of field technicians on established processes, tools and standards
* Foster excellent communication among team members while maintaining good working relationships with the local union
* Ensure that service, maintenance and repair offerings meets Company quality and safety standards, as well as all contract requirements.
* Continuously improve service delivery to ensure uniformly efficient and effective service
* Implement customer and Company requirements for quality, performance and passenger safety

The AI Documentation Solutions Architect is responsible for developing, designing, and the deployment of AI tools, intelligent document management, and analytics within a regulated environment. This role combines expertise in applying advanced AI technologies, including machine learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and regulatory documentation to drive innovation and compliance across new and existing products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive innovation by developing and implementing new AI/ML technologies and designing and architecting AI-powered documentation solutions.
Evaluate existing documentation workflows and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for efficiency and accuracy. This includes implementing AI-driven translation tools, automated content generation and updating, quality assurance checks, and content reuse suggestions.

The essential requirements for the job include:
Bachelor's Degree with preference for 5+ years' experience or a Master's Degree with preference for 3+ years' experience.
Application developer with hands on experience in AI/ML technologies, Python, Java, XML, HTML, and CSS style sheet.
Strong IT and solutions architecture skills and experience, particularly in leading the creation, optimization and deployment of AI tools within document generation, review and management.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Understanding of Dita Authoring and technical authoring tools, preferably FrameMaker.
Experience with Translation Memory Systems and Component Content Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for the end-user's communication with customer on-site marine vessel and the site safety.
Resolve complex technical issues including commissioning certifications of elevators and escalators and complex troubleshooting by applying the correct analysis procedures.

Up to 50% international and domestic travel required; this position requires time spent aboard ships at sea.
What you will need to be successful:
This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, in Electronics Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the position offered or in a similar Engineering position.
Alternatively, in lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept, no degree and 7 years of experience in the position offered or in a similar Engineering position. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Additionally, a qualified applicant's experience must include the following: (1) 3 years of experience in de-bugging of Printed Circuit Board assemblies, wiring harnesses, electromechanical assemblies and systems; (2) 3 years of experience with reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures of marine elevator diagrams in order to provide field support; (3) 3 years of experience identifying European elevator supply of spare parts in order to ensure necessary parts are available for necessary elevator maintenance; (4) 3 years of experience with motion and closed loop controls on elevators in order to fix complex troubleshoot on-site; (5) 3 years of experience with analog and digital interface control on elevators in order to fix complex troubleshooting on-site; and (6) 2 years of experience with performing annual inspections of European elevators in order to ensure elevators comply with local and country regulations.

Your main responsibilities
* Implement customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety for each project under supervision.
* Review all new awarded project scope and schedule providing action plans if required to overcome issues, notifying the Manager of any outstanding items.
* Ensure timely invoicing, per SOVs agreed with the Customers, and ensure projects are invoiced and paid to 90% prior to project turn over. Ensure down payments are obtained timely along with progress payments to avoid bad debt impact.
* Facilitate the engineering submittal approval process as a liaison between Schindler Engineering, architect, general contractor, consultant and the customer
* Influence installation scheduling and manpower allocation to fulfill calendar year budget commitments
* Process subcontracts for formal review to SEC HQ legal, facilitate favorable contract supplement changes and obtain the executed signatures by both the customer and SEC.
* Ensure insurance requirements are met along with OCPL OCIP, obtain / submit tax exempt certificates to HQ tax department.
* Provide approved submittals to Schindler Engineering and/or local vendors following project booking award; coordinate and follow up with factory, local vendors, issue P.O.'s, 500 orders and superintendent on the delivery of project material from the HUB to ensure that all required material is ready prior to project start date
* Manage project scope and seek change notice opportunities. As the POC for the customer, prepare all change order paperwork and forward to the customer for approval in a timely manner. Input and track change orders in SAP to ensure proper segmentation. Follow up on change orders, received signed change orders from the customer prior to any related work being completed.
* File and submit for any project required permits or certificates required by local code or AHJ
* Follow and accurately manage new installation projects to ensure that projects close-out turnover on schedule and on budget at the required efficiency and profitability levels
* Interface with the Field Superintendent to track monitor job progress and financial performance and notify manager if required completion dates cannot be met; provide action plan and time frame for completion
* Participate in Company professional development programs to enhance working knowledge of Elevator Company products, services and procedures.

Relevant Associates Degree, BA, BS, or Construction Management degree. Work experience may substitute for degree. Engineering degree as a differentiator.
Computer Skills:
