Join us as a Territory Portfolio Manager Your main responsibilities This role can sit in any major Northeast office and requires travel throughout the region The Territory Portfolio Manager reports to the Territory Vice President and is responsible for driving portfolio growth (Conversions, Portfolio Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead) while ensuring compliance with sales management policies. The Territory Portfolio Manager will also be responsible for all associated Key Performance Indicators defined for Repair sales. This position also fosters strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. By providing consistent sales management across a territory, the Territory Portfolio Manager improves execution, accountability, forecasting, and alignment with Schindler's values, strategies, and priorities. This position strengthens sales team development, supports local teams, optimizes resources, and drives measurable results. Key Responsibilities Grow the portfolio within the territory by supporting and administering Service Sales priorities, standard processes, promoting service products and services, and leveraging Schindler's points of differentiation. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, attending critical customer meetings, engaging necessary resources, and ensuring compliance to Schindler policies and best demonstrated practices Ensure that General Managers, Branch Managers, or Service Sales Managers are leading consistent and effective meetings with their Service Sales teams.
