    Roles and Responsabilities: Develop, configure and optimize process schemes throughout the facility, considering inputs from clients, products Key Indicators specifications, and cost of solution. - Size and define process equipment and utilities for O&G facilities during proposal and project execution. - Perform process engineering calculations and address the process engineering design challenges. Keep abreast of industry codes, standards, regulations and guidelines. Meet or exceed project expectations in a timely manner within the budget limits. Co-ordination with intra / inter disciplinary team and provide the required deliverables as and when requested. Objectives - Process Actual Costs vs Budget (including approved variation orders) - Process Engineering Deliverables On Time Delivery (OTD) - Process Resource planning and utilization - Process Contractual Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) - Process Engineering Design Change Notification (EDCN) Entrees and MOCs. - Service Quality (SQ's) - Ensure all engineering and design work performed meets quality, cost and schedule requirements. Interfaces Prior Experience/Expertise Required - Process Design Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment, depressurization calculations and flare network studies etc. for Proposals (as required) and for awarded Projects. - Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Heat and Mass balance, Cause & Effect Diagram, control philosophy, shutdown philosophy, HAZOP action closeout, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. - Review of vendor and subcontractor documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations to check compliance with project requirements. - Ensure direct, effective and timely communications of project requirements, request for actions, responses to requests, routine reporting and sharing important information to Project Lead Engineer. - Be fully aware of and implement, where appropriate, the latest International Standards, Codes of Practice, software and requirements of 'good engineering practice' for all work performed. - Coordinate performance of or perform non deliverable activities as required by the project scope of work or when requested by the Study/Project team, i.e., Site Visits, Calculations, Inspection Visits, Studies, Reviews, participation in meetings, etc. - Review and understand client specifications during proposal phase and raise clarifications and deviations. - Assist Senior and Lead process engineers for the project execution and creating engineering deliverables. - Collaborate with all disciplines to execute the project seamlessly and find creative solutions to technical problems, both working individually and within a team. - Provide support to Operations & Site team on engineering/technical matters, including pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and/or trouble shooting. - Ability and willingness to travel, as required to fulfill project and business needs. - Actively support, participate in, and maintain the integrity and on-going function of the company and facility HSSE program; ensuring a safe/healthy work environment. Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering or Similar. - 6-8+ years O&G Industry experience - Prior work experience in EPCs, Engineering Consultancies, O&G Operating companies
