This Field Service Representative position will be within our U.

Services business, focusing on servicing equipment supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure.
As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include: Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service teams Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets Working with your Manager and/or Regional Service Director to resolve complex escalated issues Continuous learning and training on various products both in the field and in the classroom On some days, you may even: Travel throughout the region for local customer support or even countrywide travel.
This includes overnight travel by vehicle/air.

The ability to read blueprints/schematics Thorough understanding of principles of AC and DC power, various AC and DC supply circuit components 2+ years of field service repair and customer service with UPS (Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, power distribution and switchgear, seamless automatic transfer switches (ATS), power distribution units, electrical, electro-mechanical or electronics related equipment 2+ years in Field Services or equivalent industry experience.
Must possess good safety practices and adhere to the company's safety procedures/polices (lock out tag out, comply with all safety programs and complete safety related trainings on time.
Identify hazards present in the work area and report all safety matters, incidents, near misses, to management or safety representative.
NFPA-70E or OSHA experience is preferred Safe driving and vehicle operations skills Skilled at utilizing test and diagnostic equipment Experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and operation manuals The ability to write service reports, correspondence, procedures, effectively present information and respond to customer questions.
Work frequently requires strenuous physical tasks, including bending, stooping and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds.
Work outside in a variety of environmental extremes such as heat, cold, rain, and dust.
Remain in a standing position for extended periods of time, including working in small confined spaces.

* Environmental Sales Channel Partner (SCP) Management - Review the Environmental market coverage and partners as needed to increase Environmental sales revenue.
* Manage Environmental Sales Opportunities through the sales cycle and assist Sales Channel Partners in closing project opportunities.
* Utilize Dodge analytics, GovSpend, and dashboard metrics for ENV SCP review meetings.
* Make joint sales calls with Environmental SCP's to position Seepex products & services and manage current Environmental market OEM's and work with Business Development Manager to identify new ones.
* Educate SCP and Environmental Engineers on Seepex Products / Specifications.
* Maintain a list of key biosolids and pump personnel within Engineering firms.

Novelis is looking for an Associate Category Manager to join our Metal Procurement team, located in Atlanta, GA, to support the effective and efficient purchasing and supply strategy of critical raw material inputs to our manufacturing facilities across North America, with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Innovation. The role will be responsible for the procurement of critical raw materials to ensure continued operations and impact Novelis' sustainability and emissions targets. Other critical aspects of this role include leading market research by analyzing economic and geopolitical factors that impact the price and/or supply of goods vital to Novelis' operation.
Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day purchasing activities including, but not limited to, processing requisitions, issuing purchase orders, obtaining vendor confirmations, verifying promise dates, and confirming product delivery for various Novelis manufacturing plants throughout the country.
Negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing, terms, and on time delivery. As well as support resolution of performance, quality, and delivery issues.
Pursue Cost Savings / Cost Containment initiatives by soliciting pricing bids and negotiating pricing with vendors in conjunction with the category manager.
Research the specifications and obtain quotes for alloys and primary aluminum dependent on our plant specific requirements.
In conjunction with Global and North American Procurement Category Managers, lead strategic sourcing projects involving cross-functional team members at multiple locations. Work closely with the Global and North American Procurement Category Managers to ensure the operational material and service requirements are readily available.
Drive process improvements to improve overall efficiencies within the Procure-to-Pay process.
Assist with supplier & internal customer invoice issues, concerns relating to deliveries, and inventory status.
Data Collection for commodities, plant or corporate procurement initiatives as required.
Work with new Suppliers to onboard obtaining necessary financial information.
Promote and support all Novelis EHS policies including those which have impact or influence in the Procurement function.
Expedite any orders which may require escalation or acceleration of lead-times.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the purchasing field
Bachelor's degree in business, or related field or equivalent experience in purchasing/strategy
Ability to assess current business and market dynamics to purchase strategically
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with openness and flexibility towards diverse perspectives, with the ability to drive goals and objectives forward through networking and cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external networks.

The Technology team of R&D Americas, located in Kennesaw Georgia, is seeking a Test Engineer in Surface Treatment and Corrosion testing laboratories. This position plays a critical role in the laboratories that handle lab testing, developing, operating and maintaining test equipment, resolving equipment issues, designing and implementing of next generation capabilities to improve existing setup. R&D Americas performs R&D projects and delivers innovation in advanced aluminum alloys with special surface characteristics that meet Novelis customers' requirements and supports Novelis manufacturing plants worldwide. The laboratories have a fully equipped corrosion laboratory dedicated specifically to adhesive/aluminum bond durability in extreme conditions. The Corrosion Labs includes 12 humidity chambers, two salt-spray chambers, and three environmental spray chambers.
The incumbent will work closely with Surface/Corrosion scientists to conduct research work that would include experiments, testing, data interpretation and data analysis of the samples through various laboratory tests such as neutral salt spray, G85-A2, bond durability testing; surface treatment test such as surface cleaning, chemical pretreatment, anodization and surface chemical coating processes and characterization techniques. A successful candidate will develop an in-depth knowledge of specialized surface treatment/corrosion testing, while providing technical expertise/support to routine tests and non-routine experiments.
This role is a full-time on-site role.
Individual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and performance. In addition to base salary, this position includes participation in a short-term incentive plan.
Responsibilities
Prepare samples for Surface treatment/Corrosion testing according to request or method specifications for tests
Conduct Surface treatment/Corrosion testing for research projects and implement design of experiments with high quality and minimal guidance. Compile lab reports with data analysis and interpretation.
Perform and develop thorough understanding of routine tasks in the Surface Treatment/Corrosion labs, developing specialization in these areas.
Apply working knowledge and in-depth understanding of surface treatment and corrosion testing to contribute to the technical feasibility analysis for projects and provide technical guidance.
Use lab management software to plan and complete specific task requests for various Surface/Corrosion work packages - communicate task updates to partners.
Use equipment in a safe operating manner and in compliance with Novelis safety standards. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System protocols are followed when operating lab equipment.
Identify and correct hazards or unsafe practices in immediate work area or routine tasks or identify to supervisor or site EHS lead.
Use the application of standard scientific practices, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to ensure quality.
Work with teams to identify improvements or modifications to equipment and processes to enhance effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency.
Develop new testing capabilities (new equipment) and testing methods. Prepare Work Instructions and maintain proper documentation.
Minimum qualifications
Engineering Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or relevant field of study.
3 to 5 years' experience performing routine tasks and non-routine experiments in specific Surface treatment/Corrosion testing and sample preparation.
Knowledge and understanding of good safe lab practices.
Knowledge of chemical handling and chemical mixing
Broad experience with testing and measuring equipment, and laboratory testing tools. Mechanical proficiency and enjoy hands-on work.
Experience in designing and implementing new capabilities within the Surface Treatment and Corrosion testing labs
Ability to coordinate and prioritize responsibility; must be able to manage multiple tasks without compromising the quality of work and data
An interest in critical thinking, problem solving and attention to details; strong communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills for reporting to internal collaborators
Proficient with computers and their applications to collect, store, and analyze data and images (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to report test results and findings with specific recommendations during project team meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
