The Real Estate Transaction Manager is responsible for managing and executing real estate transactions across the organization's diverse portfolio of approximately 250+ manufacturing, engineering, and office properties. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition, disposition, and leasing of properties.
The Transaction Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to support strategic real estate objectives and lead facility projects aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and adapt in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment.
This position requires 25% travel within North America.
What will you do? Transaction Management Oversee end-to-end real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
Prepare and review transaction documents, contracts, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Financial Analysis & Reporting Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate transaction viability.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and return-on-investment assessments for proposed deals.
Track and report transaction progress and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between landlords, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams.
Coordinate due diligence activities, including title, survey, and environmental reviews.
Market Research & Strategy Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or portfolio optimization.
Support strategic planning for real estate expansion or consolidation.
Project & Facilities Support Participate in cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Procurement, Site Leaders, Business Leaders) to plan and execute real estate and facilities projects.
Manage construction and tenant improvements for new facilities and renovations of existing sites.
Provide data for business cases and support presentation of recommendations to executive management.
Oversee space planning, equipment layouts, and moves, adds, and changes within work areas.
Determine rent allocation at larger facilities and ensure efficient use of space.

Identify hazards present in the work area and report all safety matters, incidents, near misses, to management or safety representative.
NFPA-70E or OSHA experience is preferred

Job Overview :
The Field Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand & Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating and/or Centac and ECC air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components. You will use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting of compressed air equipment. In addition, you need to have knowledge of all operations and parts manuals associated with all equipment.
Responsibilities :
In addition to performing preventative maintenance on Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment, our service techs will interact with customers to address existing and unanticipated equipment concerns. Collaborate with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs. All service technicians will assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
* Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
* Provides technical assistance on equipment pre-commissioning and start-ups, installations, and repairs of compressed air systems. Including "hands-on" work to assure equipment operates to customer's requirement with limited guidance from the Master Technician.
* Increases Ingersoll Rand customers awareness of how Ingersoll Rand products, services, and solutions, such as Preventative Maintenance, Diagnostics, Audits and Leak Detection can benefit their operations.
Requirements :
* 2 years+ experience of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
* Must possess a valid driver&aposs license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
* Every service technician is required to be on-call, but you will not be on-call for the first 90 days to get used to the schedule. This is shared with every service tech, and it requires being available 24/7 for the 1-week duration where you will go to customer sites. On-call weeks can be as often as every 4 weeks or greater than 4 weeks, but that will be determined by the hiring manager.
* This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move weight limits in line with the safety policy.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Core Competencies :
* Able to read wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment.
* Advanced network systems installations (IMMC/ASC, X Series Automation).
* Basic vibration troubleshooting.

Senior Lead: Lean and Business Process Improvement (BPI)

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Lean and Business Process Improvement (BPI) Expert to drive operational excellence across complex, cross-functional processes-specifically in planning, order management, fulfillment, and billing/invoicing. This role will partner closely with business units, IT, and customer-facing teams to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and implement scalable solutions that improve cycle times, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
Lead end-to-end process assessments and gap analyses across order management, order fulfillment, and billing/invoicing workflows.
Use Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and BPI methodologies to identify and implement process improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.
Facilitate value stream mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), and process reengineering workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs, swimlane diagrams, and future-state process maps.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align process improvements with digital automation, ERP enhancements, or workflow tools.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for process efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction; recommend course corrections as needed.
Influence leaders to make decisions on "to-be-processes" with a goal to simplify, standardize, scale - thereby improving cycle time, customer experience, and productivity.
Support change management and training initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
Champion a continuous improvement mindset across teams and mentor junior team members on Lean and BPI best practices. Train, mentor and certify team members on BPI methodology and achieve yellow and green belts.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,800.00 - 241,200.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation, with a focus on Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Cash process lifecycles, AND specifically on Customer Project Deployments.
Proven track record in leading Lean or Six Sigma projects (Black Belt preferred) with tangible impact on cycle times, cost savings, or quality.
Deep understanding of complex order management, fulfillment logistics, and invoicing/billing processes, ideally in a global or matrixed organization.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), process mining, workflow automation tools, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
Results-driven, analytical mindset with a passion for solving operational challenges and delivering customer value.

PMP or Agile Certification
Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) or similar

Your key responsibilities
Contribute to Power Electronic Excellence, ensuring the right technical solution
Working as subject-matter expert in the domain of power conversion towards our current and existing portfolio of products and selected technology
Develop UPS and large kVA 3ph or DC converters as a part of our global R&D team
Influencing for the selected development tools, simulation tools including HIL setup for ensuring state-of-the-art process for power electronic development
Create studies, papers, and execute explorations in the power conversion domain with agreed topics
Support decision making with technical perspective and facts with providing recommendations for senior management
Design electronic subassembly design (schematics, PCB layout), Power Conversion Systems and contribute to hardware test plans
Take end-to-end ownership of the design from early design phase, with cross-collaboration to other experts from Firmware, mechanical, electrical and down to Verification and Validation
Ensure that designed products meet safety, functional and cost requirements
Support sales, marketing, manufacturing and technical support in solving customer needs and issues
Be involved in defined projects, while ensuring that objectives are met and are within budget
Assess trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements, cost, and risk
Contribute to our Innovation and Secure patents for Innovative ideas
You need the following qualifications and experience for this role
Understand principles of electronic engineering, schematics, inductive design, passive components
Understand the different topologies of power conversion
Experience on using the ECAD (Cadence is a plus), simulation tools, stress calculations
Previous involvement in the development of innovative and groundbreaking digital products is also advantageous
EDUCATION
Master's a degree (or higher) in Power Electronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
SKILLS
