This role is responsible for providing leadership and collaboration in the areas of quality and customer satisfaction, as well as developing and strengthening the quality culture across our sites.

Support Quality Excellence across the Supply Chain, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, transportation, and returns.
Integrate relevant quality programs and methodologies (such as 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and the Schneider Performance System) to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to the implementation of a Tailored Supply Chain strategy.
Recommend technologies or process improvements to reduce human error through automation.
Quality Systems Implement the Schneider Electric quality policy by defining Customer Satisfaction and Quality (CS&Q) roles, targets, and objectives within the organization.
Support, advocate for, and implement global directives and policies.
Oversee the entity's Integrated Management System (IMS).
Collaborate regularly with Customer Satisfaction and Quality teams to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
Identify and leverage best practices to enhance quality performance.

Job Overview :
The Field Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating and/or Centac and ECC air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components. You will use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting of compressed air equipment. In addition, you need to have knowledge of all operations and parts manuals associated with all equipment.
Responsibilities :
In addition to performing preventative maintenance on Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment, our service techs will interact with customers to address existing and unanticipated equipment concerns. Collaborate with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs. All service technicians will assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.

* Provides technical assistance on equipment pre-commissioning and start-ups, installations, and repairs of compressed air systems. Including "hands-on" work to assure equipment operates to customer's requirement with limited guidance from the Master Technician.

Requirements :
* 2 years+ experience of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.

* Every service technician is required to be on-call, but you will not be on-call for the first 90 days to get used to the schedule. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the Strategy Intelligence operating model, quarterly roadmap, and team structure Oversee the development of strategic intelligence deliverables including: Quarterly Market & Competitive Outlooks Market Sizing & Forecasts Executive-Ready Competitive Briefings Customer Insight Syntheses Strategic Insight Packs for ELT and Board Serve as the strategic liaison between Intelligence and: Strategic Planning & development CEO Office / Annual Strategy Transformation & Growth Initiatives Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing Build and mentor a high-performing team of 4-6 analysts and managers Own relationships with external research vendors, tools, and benchmarking sources Create a structured knowledge base, taxonomy, and insight repository for the organization.
Qualifications 6 - 10 years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, consulting, or enterprise planning 5+ years of experience of understanding of the Electrical technology and equipment industry, including key players (Eaton, ABB, GE, Siemens, Vertiv, Honeywell), market dynamics and business drivers.
Experience navigating diverse sales channels (direct, distributors, system integrators).
Proven success standing up or maturing intelligence or insights teams Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into action and frameworks Advanced executive communication and storytelling skills Strong grasp of market modeling, scenario planning, and competitive strategy Familiarity with external data sources (e.
g.
, NEMA, John Burns, IDC, CapIQ, McKinsey, etc.
