Schneider Electric is seeing a Supply Chain Planning Manager. This position is accountable for managing supply chain teams at the plant site(s) including buyers, planner buyers and inventory personnel at an engineer-to-order and design build facility.
This includes planning, forecasting, buying, inventory transactions and supplier management.
The individual in this position leads and manages the manufacturing team to deliver an Integrated Package scope of work including, Prefab Enclosures, e-Houses, skids with electrical distribution, automation control systems, HVAC or Cooling, fire and gas systems plus additional customer features and services.

Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin by identifying and tracking upcoming sales opportunities and influence customer specifications to favor ABB and introduce new products to existing customer base and identify target customers.
Meet or exceed assigned volume and margin measurements through the understanding of market pricing to successfully close opportunities
Perform take-off's and develop cost effective proposals from project plans and specs and negotiate and secure project orders in turn providing market feedback, competitive intelligence and hit-rate information to business and sales leadership.

Job Overview:
The Field Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating and/or Centac and ECC air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components. You will use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting of compressed air equipment. Responsibilities:
In addition to performing preventative maintenance on Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment, our service techs will interact with customers to address existing and unanticipated equipment concerns. Collaborate with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs. All service technicians will assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
* Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
* Provides technical assistance on equipment pre-commissioning and start-ups, installations, and repairs of compressed air systems. Including "hands-on" work to assure equipment operates to customer's requirement with limited guidance from the Master Technician.

Requirements:

Step into a fast-paced, customer-focused environment as our Service Supervisor in the compressed air commercial segment. You'll oversee the local service function across the full equipment life cycle while partnering with the sales team to drive business growth. * Effectively attract, coach, counsel, train, develop, and retain all service employees. Drive continuous improvement through company performance management process and technical product training programs available.
