What will you do? Sets-up and operates equipment, including tooling and controls. Makes necessary gauge adjustments and settings. Selects proper raw stocks and checks against blueprint specifications. Segregates, sorts, and disposes of scrap and writes scrap tickets.
Counts, reports and records production.
Transports material and changes truck batteries within acceptable limits.
Maintains quality and productivity standards.
Obtains and epoxy wraps busway according to specifications utilizing all necessary tools and equipment to perform the job.
Coats surfaces of manufactured and purchased articles or equipment with finishing or protective material.
Uses foampacker.
Operates hoists.
Assemble all types of devices, working from blueprints, sketches and other established procedures and data.
Alter parts to suit assemblies as required.
Inspect, label, pack and identify assemblies as required.
Processes labels.
Maintains equipment, including daily cleaning, dusting, tightening bolts, detection of and reporting of abnormal conditions (heat, vibration, noise & leaks).
Maintains good housekeeping and adheres to plant regulations and safety rules.
Assist with hanging and removing of parts on the powdercoat line.
Hanging and removing parts on the paintline.
Selects, measures, cuts and assembles lumber and crates products as required.

In this role, you will oversee daily plant performance, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality, efficient production. Job Purpose: The Production Supervisor's primary responsibility is ensuring their plant manufactures smoothly and efficiently, delivering high quality products in the most profitable and adaptive manner. The Production supervisor brings a deep understanding of systems thinking, combining data analytics with process optimization expertise. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage cost, productivity, accuracy, waste, and timeliness through reporting metrics.
Identify, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet manufacturing goals (including staff development).
Ideate and implement changes to meet cost, productivity, accuracy, waste, and timeliness goals.
Direct plant staff to achieve efficient processes, workflows, and work environments.
Facilitate communication between plant staff and senior leaders to ensure clarity and support.
Ensure plant staff adhere to established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Motivate and engage plant staff to create a culture of accountability and ownership.
Coordinate efficient flow of multi-level resources (e.g., materials, supplies, and staff).
Ensure machines are functional and well maintained by plant staff.
Construct visual aids for standard work, performance metrics, and training manuals.
Educate plant staff in problem-solving, risk mitigation, equipment usage, and other best practices.
Coordinate manufacturing Projects (e.g., layout changes, installation of equipment, repairs, etc.)
Coordinate with Plant Superintendent to manage and maintain operating and capital budgets.
Assist Engineering and Maintenance to design and control preventative maintenance programs.
Assist Human Resources to onboard new manufacturing hires and support employee relations.
Ensure plant complies with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOL, SMETA, etc.).
Conduct and document plant staff performance reviews.
Other duties, as necessary.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or operations improvement role.
Experience in engagement and culture change management
Experience in designing human and/or machine processes ‘from the ground up.'
Certification in Lean or Lean Six Sigma.
Experience in computer ERP systems, data reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite.

What will you do? Follow work instructions and blueprints to complete job tasks according to specifications utilizing all necessary tools and equipment to perform the job according to quality, safety and customer requirements. Set-up and operate equipment, including tooling and controls.
Selects proper raw stock per blueprint specifications.
Segregates, sorts, and disposes of scrap and writes scrap tickets.
Counts, reports and records production.
Understand and complete job assignments to quality and productivity standards.
Uses manual, powered and material handling equipment, within guidelines (safety, quality etc.
), to complete job tasks.
Assemble all types of devices, working from blueprints, sketches and other established procedures and data.
Alter parts to suit assemblies as required.
Inspect, label, pack and identify assemblies as required.
Processes labels.
Maintains equipment, including daily cleaning, dusting, tightening bolts, detection of and reporting of abnormal conditions (heat, vibration, noise & leaks).
Willingness or ability to troubleshoot equipment and identify manageable fixes or when additional maintenance support is required.
Maintains good housekeeping and adheres to plant regulations and safety rules.
