    The purpose of a Flex Warehouse Worker / Driver is transporting orders over designated routes; ensuring safe operation of vehicles; and loading and unloading orders; maintaining required inventory levels; ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; and maintaining and organizing warehouse layout. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and care according to requisitions generated by sales * Receive and organize incoming supplies * Identifies damaged products * Follows all security and safety procedures established by the EMS and Branch * Maintains fixtures and equipment * Assists with bin location upkeep and the physical inventory process * Monitors inventory stock levels for the purpose of notifying departments to ensure adequate stock levels * Perform cycle counts as required following through on discrepancies as needed. * Assist in performance of year-end physical inventories * Load and unload goods and materials from the warehouse onto the vehicle * Transport goods and materials to various locations in a safe and timely manner * Ensure that all goods and materials are properly secured during transport * Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any problems to the supervisor * Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups * Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including packing and unpacking goods and materials * Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment. Education: * High school diploma or equivalent Experience/Skills/Abilities Required: * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Experience operating a variety of vehicles, including trucks and Operating equipment used in warehouse * Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. * Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers * Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep, written, and oral instructions * Speak clearly * Adhering to safety practices * Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications * Preparing and maintaining accurate records * Required to perform basic math Work Environment/Physical Demands: * Most of their time will be spent driving and loading/unloading goods and materials. * Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. * Generally, the job requires 50% driving, 30% walking, and 20% standing. * May be required to work in a variety of weather conditions.
